After reviewing several week’s of experience with our integration of the post comments into our forums feature, and listening to Member feedback, we’ve reverted to the most recent system that worked.
While the experimental effort offered several benefits, the system now in place allows you to comment without refreshing the page, indents your comments to make it easier to follow conversations, and offers a more transparent way to subscribe to a particular comment thread.
One negative side effect of the reversion is that comments from the last several weeks have disappeared from the posts, since there’s no way to import them into the current system. They’re not gone, just moved. We’ll leave the forums up (under the Connect button above) for the foreseeable future, so you can visit the Comments Forum to catch up, or even to reply there.
We never stop trying to make this site better for our Members, so we’ll constantly tinker with improvements, realizing that failure is just another step toward success. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused by our restless sense of adventure.

comments? what comments?
Better the occasional breakage than a static site that slowly slides into obsolescence… (speaking from professional experience).
I’m an inveterate fiddler, and just can’t leave well-enough alone. Thanks, Lydia.
Huzzah! I got a notification about your reply. 😀
Thanks, Scott!
I appreciate the feedback, Brother.
