First quarter GDP jumps by 3.2% during the longest federal government shutdown in history. Bill Whittle says that doesn’t prove anything, so he’d like to see more testing.

Bill: Another thought about releasing news late on a Friday afternoon; the person releasing the information may consider it bad news that the country is doing better (i.e., they are a deep state progressive).

I was making fun of the standard media headline for anything bad that happens – in this case unemployment among women and minorities are at historic lows. Which is why the media must ignore this news at all costs

Every business owner who wrestled with the “non-essential” worker concept simply ignored the shut-down. And because we’ve seen it before, we are unafraid. Even government workers called shenanigans because they knew they had a paid vacation.
Hooray for Trump who called Chuck & Nancy’s bluff.
