Sorry this isn’t really a post but i’ve been trying to contact admin about an urgent payment issue and have had no reply at all – is there any way to bring it to the attention of someone? I accidently paid for annual membership rather than monthly and need to sort that out. Many thanks!

Dan, while I didn’t receive your email, I have cancelled your Basic Annual Membership, issued a full refund, and set you up with a Basic Monthly Membership. I’m sorry for the delay. Thank you for your Membership.
Thankyou so much Scott! I used the contact form on the contact us page and on the payment cancellation page but it may well have been user error on my part if you didn’t receive it. I find the Bill Whittle page behaves weirdly in my mobile browser so maybe thats why it didn’t send.
