Tracy Beanz in the process of researching government malfeasance found a sacked FBI archive auditor who has since turned whistleblower, Scott MacDonald. The FBI employed him to fix compliance issues in their filing system and when he did they sacked him for pointing out massive illegal non compliance and evidence loss problems. The system is designed to lose surveillance evidence when they want it lost.

I think this explains why Christoper Wray can’t deliver requested material to Congress. The system may be hiding it from even him. Its designed to do that.
