Men & Women are not the same!
(They should be treated equal under the law)
Men are not more violent than women.
Men and women just use different tactics when being abusive.
There are laws to deal with situations when one person attacks another and they should be applied equally.
Now, my personal code of conduct is this: A woman gets one open handed slap to a man, to get his attention, & that she is serious.
A closed fist, or subsequent attacks, and all bets are off.
Ladies! you need to ACT like a lady if you expect to be treated like a lady.
If you take a swing at a guy you should fully expect to have your ass handed to you.
Just like a man should expect to be ripped to shreds if he wants to tangle with a bear.
Just because the target of your attacks is larger than you, does not mean you get to assault them with impunity.
Being abusive is never the answer.
I am very aware that women knowing full well they are no match physically to a man, and will use different tactics to be abusive.
There have been plenty of movies decrying abuse of women over time (farrah fawcett and the burning bed comes to mind) ;but I also have seen an unending stream of abuse (emotional, physical, and even spiritual abuse) that comes from certain women.
Additionally, there is the tactic of women pushing themselves upon men and screaming loudly for the man to ” stop! “don’t touch me” ” please don’t hurt me” in order to get others to attack for her.
The idea that “women” do not lie about rape or domestic violence is a fucking joke.
SOME women would never lie about such things. That is one of the differences between being a “Lady” and just some random woman.
If you find yourself in an abusive situation you need to get out. Before it gets violent.
With all that said we should not take ANYONE’S word for it. Right now there is virtually ZERO penalty for a woman that lies.
Why WOULDN’T a woman lie if there is never a consequence for lying?
People are supposed to be innocent UNTIL and UNLESS proven to be guilty.
False accusations should be pursued just as vigorously as the seriousness of the charge.
The system goes after men like a pitbull when a man is accused of even the smallest forms of abuse.
The mere accusation is enough to fuck up a mans world. (Rape culture my ass)
The system should be equally as enthusiastic at going after false accusers.
A false accuser should face the same penalties that the accused was facing for the false claim.

I agree with “False accusations should be pursued just as vigorously as the seriousness of the charge” 100%.
I am very skeptical that any man would be able to get away with striking a woman even after she has struck him.
I have no intention of inflicting any violence upon a woman unless I fear for my life.
I would seek to permanently escape any relationship that involves a woman striking me or making any false claims against me. Considering today’s society, I would grant no second chances to women that behave like this.
