I swear to GOD that this is a true story!

My daughter is home from college.

The three of us, my wife, daughter and I settled in our family room. My wife says, let’s watch a Christmas movie together as she grabs the remote. I look at my old fashioned (made with my homemade cinnamon infused simple syrup) and wonder how many it will take to get through another one of these vapid movies.

My wife starts flipping through the offering on Hulu+ under Christmas. Then she says. . . 

Let’s watch Die Hard!

My daughter says, I have never actually seen.
