There was a time when your ancestors did not have this backstage entertainment format, and what a sad existence that was.
Our Members made this show, so it’s only right that they endure it. Thank you.
Enjoy Rowan Atkinson’s ‘Fatal Beatings’ sketch that we mentioned during this episode.

The look of utter contempt on Bill’s face as he researches soy boy smiles is priceless.
Scott, I truly enjoy the fact that you amuse yourself as much as your compatriots–he who can laugh at himself will never cease to be amused.
I have much fodder for amusement.
The sad thing is, this is far more entertaining than anything that has come out of Saturday Night Live in the past decade.
that is sad
I can hardly wait to see the Stelter show. That clown is a complete loser.
Brian Stelter has a face for radio, and a voice for print. Yet he manages to work in TV.
In that sense, he’s my hero.
Yeah, it is kinda amazing in that sense.
Brian “Mr. Potatohead” Stelter’s BF apparently remembered to pack Brian’s sad eyes for his tearful segment.
Scott: Steve is a real friend. A friend will help you move. A real friend will help you move bodies.
I spend as much time as possible devising some means of producing large quantities of toilet paper at very short notice. I’ve had Nancy Pelosi tearing up documents for weeks now and I’m still nowhere near industrial production level.
HAHAHAHA! Blew my coffee out of my mouth. Guy could walk across a beach and leave no footprints…cuz he leaves no impression. I love it. I’m using it.
Oh, and since my Avatar demands accuracy;
Crying is allowed at funerals and the grand canyon!
And Arlington National Cemetery, or when Taps is played. 😉
Or when someone mentions it.
Scott – in a million years I would not have predicted that particular hashtag coming from you.
Yowza!
Over at Ace of Spades HQ they refer to Brian Stelter as Tater.
Stelter is a disgusting meat bag who only brings to mind the whiny little suck in grade school who would hide behind his mother’s skirts with his tongue protruding at the other kids. He did not receive enough beatings behind the gymnasium when he was young, and now he is nothing but a self-aggrandizing, entitled ****sucker (a term that I ascribe because of his Botox inflamed lips).
Also, gif is pronounced “Jiff.” Not only does the creator affirm this, but Steve’s line of thinking is faulty. Letters in acronyms don’t have to make the same sound as they make in the full term. For example, take SCUBA. Given that the U is for “underwater,” we would have to pronounce it “skubbah” instead of “skoobah.” There are a number of other examples as well, but SCUBA is generally known and uncontested by pretty much everyone.
Roald Dahl thought “Willy Wonka” was an awful movie. Creators get stuff wrong sometimes about their own stuff. 😉
I’ll still bet you don’t say “skuhbba” instead of “skooba” 😉
Choosy pedants choose “jiff”
I really enjoyed The Man in the High Castle. I thought it was excellently done, right up until the last fifteen or twenty minutes of the series. No spoilers, but I did find it ultimately unsatisfying.
I appreciate your gracious willingness to avoid ruining it for me.
Leave the work of ruining to professional TV writers.
Aside #2: Steve, I don’t know if you still do these at PJM, but have you thought about posting your Friday Night Videos here? Those were a lot of fun, and while your comentary was always cool it could be as simple as creating a post with a YouTube video.
Complete aside, but I’ve been waiting for a members Only to mention this, but congrats to Steve as well as Stephen Kruiser (old timers should remember him) for their promotions over at the other network – well deserved!
He is now the scotch-pundit?
All kidding aside, to what did they promote him?
It is ok to cry when Old Yeller dies.
Always cried we I buried my pups in Christian Clay.
Wow, Scott was LIT! Stealing Bill’s lines, wisecracking like Steve and keeping up with all the pop culture references and making a hashtag.
I’m somewhat essential, as a computer tech I visit homes to fix computers. Lucky we’re in a real low infection area so I don’t have any risks and being just slightly younger than Steve not really in a risk pool. I’m far more worried about maybe giving something to a customer.
Computer games are my hobby so nothing’s changed there, and old as Skyrim is (came out in 2011, so probably more manly than Stelter) it is still being played and modded so there are still new things to keep me entertained… when I’m not watching 40 minutes of jokes and laughs courtesy of you guys!
I watch all your shows and I really look forward to the Backstage.
For my home time, it’s guitar, reading, and learning stuff on Udemy that keeps me occupied. I’m a homebody anyway, so I’m not feeling so restricted yet. But Japan’s real lockdown started a little over a week ago.
Makes the Pillsbury Dough-boy look Butch. Now that’s funny, I don’t care who you are.
