When Dem dons decided to whack the June 23 NY primary vote, Bernie Sander’s supporters cried ‘Foul!’ It means a beleaguered Joe Biden — accused by Tara Reade of a 1993 sexual assault, and looking perpetually befuddled on camera — skips scrutiny and goes from presumptive, to anointed, presidential nominee.

I have believed since 2009 that he Democrat Party died a a very quiet death where ONLY a handful attended to be replaced by The NEW Democratic Socialist (OXYMORON) with ever GREATER emphasis on MORON is now most definitely ventured into the IDIOT category and completely jumped over Neurotic into a deep state of Psychosis Party. The Party has finally lost their handle on SANITY. The Party of INSANITY is even becoming MORE INSANE in word and deed.
In Becoming the Party of INSANITY, the Collectivist mindset Gaggle pledged their EVERYTHING & ANYTHING to THE IDEOLOGY and the “fundamentAl transformation of America” made fore Eternity.
I like Bill and his Firewalls, Virtual President, “What We Saw,” etc., and his passion. Heck, I’m a tightwad and he got me to give him $10 a
month. I like Steve Green and would love to go on the cruise, sit across a table, drink booze with him and discuss the military while trying to keep up with his wry and insightful comments.
But. 10:40 to 13:55. Scott makes me cringe sometimes with his self-deprecating laughter. But the man consistently makes reasoned, logically consistent and well-stated comments. He sometimes is passionate regarding the human condition. But, here, 10:40 to 13:55, he makes a simple, compelling, low-key argument that the “Democrat” party is anything but.
Bill and Stephen shine so often. But I am struck by Scott’s soft-spoken, common sense, down to earth take on things.
Some other night, I’d be hi-lighting Bill, or Stephen. Guys, please stay together. You are an absolutely great team.
To paraphrase Rodney Dangerfield, “Take my 10 bucks, please.”
Web McMaster! I posted this at 4:42 AM Pacific time, but it is logged on the site as 6:42. I seriously propose the site adopts Bill’s Pacific time.
A case could be made for GMT, or, heaven forfend, the MSM’s Eastern time. I can understand the Texan desire to orbit the world around that great state, but, after all, that is also Chicago’s time zone.
Some web-management software allows the users to specify which timezone they prefer to see date/time, but I don’t think this one does.
Small point, but if it’s “BillWhittle.com,” it may as well be Bill Whittle dot time.
You make a fair case, Tim. Honestly, the reason why it’s set to Texas time is to reduce the amount of math I have to do to run this site. I’ll take a look at my options in that regard. Thanks for the input, and your ten bucks.
I’ve just updated the site to run on Whittle Time…which means it’ll probably be late. Nevertheless, I’ll keep it this way until it louses me up, or I learn math, whichever comes first.
Whittle Time makes the assumption that he is approaching the speed of light so from his perspective he is always early. Relativity Joke for a higher class audience.
Thank you, sir. And please do set it back if it invonveniences you.
But what about the down ticket races. NY is a one party state so the primary for local races IS the general election. Does this mean that AOC is not going to face any opposition besides the sacrificial Republican in Nov? Is the GOP even running anyone in her district?
This is just the trial balloon to get the public used to flexible election schedules and methods. The real target is the General Election this November and the Democrats will say anyone who demands the election be run Constitutionally wants to kill people. Their goal is to get public approval to steal the election.
Turtle Races! Select the Dem candidate by turtle.
This just covers the presidential primary. What about congressional races and other down ballot, or local, races?
AOC gets to ignore two primary challengers?
This clearly has malice aforethought and those other primary challengers should sue to be on the general ballot.
You beat me to it. My question exactly.
That was part of the whole issue here in Wisconsin in early April.
Much was made of the presidential primary and our state Supreme Court race, but we also had a lot of the town (rural areas that are not a city or village) and county board races, school boards and a few mayors (including the largest city of Milwaukee). IIRC the MKE mayor’s term ended a week after the election and if the currently sitting mayor did not have an election, there were questions about what would happen.
I guess I coulda scrolled down before I shot my mouth off.
There is NOTHING democratic about NY. Like any democrat-controlled cesspool, it is a very totalitarian place to live.
Ditto CA.
