The ACA has never had a “Right Time” so how can it have a “Wrong Time”?
I agree that there has to be something to make the deletion palatable to the citizenry. However, any form of government run health care is not it. But I would agree that an insurance program that can be bought by free choice by each of us is a far better approach than any government run program……..
