SpaceX launch technicians, wearing their distinctive jump suits sporting large numbers, say they’re rarin’ to go for today’s launch.
Robin, tech #7, told this reporter, “We’ve stomped out all the bugs like helpless, little butterflies. We’re giving Bob and Doug our best!”

Doug looks like he banged his head hard on something just before the welcome ceremony. I hope he’s OK.

(Literally, when I went looking for a butterfly stomper pic because those tech suits made me think of them, this one was named “robin the butterfly stomper.”)
My grandson & I went outside to watch the launch but the cumulus clouds were too high here in Southwest Florida. Regardless, we were excited by the history being made.
