This is a 911 call made to Fredericksburg VA PD by a woman with a young child who ended up caught up in one of these “protests”. I can not imagine the terror after watching hours of the videos of masked people, burned out buildings and cars, etc etc over the last month or so.

This is pure lunacy and it is terrifying. I have no idea what kind of idiocy is going on in these city governments but they better get their collective s&^t together or someone is going to be severely injured or die. My plea to everyone is NEVER leave the house without a plan on what you will do if you should get into a situation like this or any life or death situation. Assuming the plan is to #1 survive #2 avoid injury to yourself and those you are responsible for, having it clear in your mind (understanding laws and ramifications of your plan) is the only responsible thing to do. It is easier to change a plan than create one in a stressful situation. This woman was lucky and apparently enough people were able to reach the mayor and get them to clarify or change whatever pathetic weak minded dribble came out of their mouth. PD response.
