Bill, Scott and Steve,
I agree with your mission and appreciate the work you do. I hate the idea this election will have to go to the lawyers. A strong Republican victory would have been the best message to the extreme left, and would have had the best chance to begin to unify the country.
However, if we do loose the White House, the Repubs will still have the legislative capacity to keep the patient on life support for the next four years. Will they have the unity and courage to fight as tirelessly as the folks who elected them want them to? That is the question. If Biden wins, all is not lost. I have to have that faith. Sometimes, the battle you lose is just the loss you needed to prepare you to win the next one.
