Not My President-Elect: When Will Trump Accept Election Result? What Can You Do?

What’s the path forward for the legal case that President Trump was robbed by vote fraud? Do Trump supporters believe it will change the result? Either way, what can you do to prevent this scenario from replaying every four years?

Bill Whittle says Joe Biden is not the president-elect, but “just another guy,” until the Electoral College votes in December. In the meantime, what’s the path forward for the legal case that President Trump was robbed by vote fraud? Do Trump supporters believe it will change the result? Either way, what can you do to prevent this scenario from replaying every four years?

From all that I’m seeing that does prove the existence of at least some conspicuous voter fraud, along with all the election fraud perpetrated by the MSM, Big Tech & the Deep State operatives with the Gov. leading up to the election, I would have to surmise that what we are actually seeing is only the tiniest tip of a truly huge iceberg that is much much bigger that anything we can possibly imagine. That being said, if they do succeed at getting away with it this time ….. Conservatives will have no hope whatsoever of ever again winning a major election in this country, and in fact will slowly, or not so slowly, find that the follow on is that they will soon no longer even win the smallest local elections in what is totally red territory. That is how slow cooking the frog, which they’ve actually been doing for decades now, truly works!

I liked this point, what to actually do? I believe this should be visited several more times… Brainstorm on ways to address the voting issues, how to write their state congresspersons and governor, how to get traction and changes to voting procedures, how to influence local legal teams and law enforcement to enforce voting laws… this kind of stuff!

I don’t think that they’ll listen to any letters or phone calls. Money (like the billions Soros spends) is all that matters.

I think Scott has actually provided useful advice, with his personal history. He, nice middle-class poster boy that he is, took the time and effort to enter the political arena as a candidate! This is important, because history has proven that local politics is where the destructive revolution starts, and where it survives. Communism can only take hold in countries where little to no middle class exists. Why? Because we good folks in the middle are the ones that invest our time and treasure in local interests, so we pay attention to what’s going on behind the curtain. Look at China. The communist revolution began in the rural areas, where the peasants were too busy surviving to make a fuss when Mao and his friends began acquiring political influence in the villages and small cities. By the time this loss of control became obvious, the tide had already turned. The middle class takes care of business, and the progressives and other subversives know it. They fear us for our desire to live our lives grounded in common sense and hard work. We need to accept the challenge thrown down by the progressives and reclaim our communities, because we can!
Let me give you an example. I live in rural Michigan. As the entire country knows, our lovely governor has done some pretty quirky stuff in the name of CoVid. Interestingly, our state supreme court ruled that her shenanigans were unconstitutional (ya think?), but she just keeps thumbing her nose at us, staying one step ahead of our legal actions. And of course our Republican majority legislature is seemingly hypnotized by her magical powers. One would think that we would feel beat down and hopeless after 9 months of this. But au contraire, many of our local officials have refused to back down and enforce her arbitrary royal decrees, and their determination has infused us with the strength to roll our eyes and try, try again. And our lives are better for the effort.
We all have our attention firmly fixed on national politics, and we should be greatly concerned with the influence bad actors can exert in that arena, but that’s not where most of us can effect change. I don’t know about you, but I’m choosing to look around where I’m planted, and see what I can personally do. Run for local office, or volunteer to help those who are. Stay involved in your community, by attending civic and school board meetings, and commenting during the public portion. Join a volunteer-run civic organization and put your rhetoric where your hands are.. Our founding fathers laid their lives and all of their possessions on the line for what they believed in, against unbelievable odds. Our time and energy pale in comparison, but we can certainly make a difference by using them. Now is the time to show the misinformed and misled what good government and civic responsibility looks like. For goodness sake, this is the perfect opportunity for us to move our feet and DO SOMETHING!

“Ruled by them”? This is the rare moment that I disagree with the wording of Bill Whittle. I will accept his representative authorities…That is all. That is all.

I worry that it is too much to hope for the faith in the election process to survive this iteration, but this may not be an entirely bad thing, after all.
No matter which side comes out on top (and I believe, based on REAL evidence, it should be us with PDJT, but at this point who can tell how deep the rot runs?), the other one will be unshakably convinced that the election has been stolen. Our thinking it is validated ever more every day, as stories and evidence emerge, but Dems have been sowing the seeds of this distrust amongst their own crowds for months now, culminating with their Transition Integrity Project’s propaganda, and complacent MSM, who adopted and ran with it.
This one step along the globalist agenda has been accomplished, I’m afraid, thanks to the enemies within. Unless we go back to paper ballots, identify-verified, in-person voting, in-person counting, the system will remain hopelessly broken, and faith in it non-existent. Just another victim of 2020, as it were.
I’m very worried, also, that a lot of people who voted for Trump are simply too good, too honest, too trusting, especially those living in rural areas, with limited first-hand exposure to liberal hijinks. That moral core, which has pretty much been extinguished within the Democrat base, makes us so gullible. I live now in a tiny community in the mountains of west-central Idaho, after feeling like a hostage for 25 years in SoCal, and growing up under communism in Poland. My distrust of ‘the system’ is innate, not to say congenital. Due to circumstances, we usually vote absentee. We used to get those heavy paper ballots with removable tabs and serial numbers along the top, so you could identify your own ballot if need be. No more. This year the ballots were just printed on standard printer paper. I could have made a copy on my computer and printed as many as I wanted, with no one being able to tell a difference. So I went to the Election’s Supervisor in our county, to ask, why the change?? She got giddily happy while explaining that ‘it is all for MY protection, so nobody would know how I voted’. All the ramifications seemed to have escaped her imagination. So I asked how they tabulate the results, and she said ‘they just got that wonderful machine, just delivered, which stands in a separate room all by itself (maybe it has Covid? /s), where they feed all the ballots into it, and then the report with a number of votes per candidate comes out’. I asked, is anybody watching, or making sure the machine is adding the votes correctly, as in NOT FLIPPING THEM, and she looked at me as if I just landed there on my magical unicorn, straight off the flight from another universe, with 3 heads on my shoulders! That’s a person in charge of ensuring my county’s election integrity. This being a very red county has completely no bearing on how scary her level of being uninformed is. It only goes to prove, yet again, that ‘it is much easier to trick people, than to convince them that they’ve been tricked’.
So, maybe this will be one of those evils of this year that turns into an unexpected benefit, that loss of faith in the election’s integrity. Because, who’s to say how long this has been going on, how long we’ve been cheated and tricked, and never even admitted of a possibility of it happening. You can never fix a problem, until you realize there even is a problem. Now the whole country knows there is one, a giant one. Maybe this is another of the blessings that came with and out of the Trump Presidency. I do hope so.

I won’t go into all the details of my reply below. I would just again emphasize to Scott and Bill and Steve to please address what we should do if Biden and the leftists take over this country in specific practical terms. So please if one of you three men are reading this. I would appreciate it.

How do you stop this illegal voting/voter fraud/tampering problem? The answer is actually quite simple. It can be done the same as with any other law. If we catch you, you go to jail and we will be working as diligently to catch you as would be the case with any other violation of the law. The clear solution is to apply the relevant laws literally and then prosecute everyone who violates them to the fullest extent of the law.

Is that ever going to happen? Nope. Not while ignoring those laws and those criminals works in favor of the Democrats. Which tells you all you need to know about Democrats. Clearly the idea of Rule of Law is anathema to them They are not interested in a framework of laws that supports a healthy, prosperous, vibrant and free society. Democrats only view the law as a tool to be used against their enemies and ignored when doing so advantages themselves.

So what does the future hold in such a situation? The key to the future is where it is often found … In the past. What does history tell us about systems that use the force of The State unfairly and unevenly against a large segment of the population?

If we cannot resolve this problem civilly through the cooperation and good will of both sides then history unequivocally tells us how it will eventually be remedied. There are only two possible outcomes.

Connect the dots.

The Founding Fathers were acutely aware of history and they were aware of living in what would become a very significant part of history. That is why they specifically guaranteed in the Bill of Rights the possession of only one class of physical item. They did not seek to guarantee a sporting pursuit, that every person have a horse or a printing press although mobility and freedom of speech are addressed more broadly. They wrote and ratified one particular amendment as a last resort, a last ditch effort in the cause of personal liberty.

Beware those who would remove that final recourse from you because they’re coming and they’re going to try to do that.

Yep. I heard what Bill was saying. And what you said. And I agree. And I stand ready IF necessary.

You’re welcome. I type 90+ WPM with fair-to-middlin’ accuracy — So it’s not unusual for my posts to be exhaustive (and sometimes exhausting too).

What happens to absentee votes that got lost or thrown out? How can we ever recover them?
Will the count be just physical ballots that are present at the counting?

Sleepy Joe promised the American people a ‘Dark Winter’….and appears poised to make good on that promise. I appreciate the sneak attack analogy and agree that 70 million people will not accept this with yawns. We love our country too much to simply accept this as a new normal – the anger will fester and there will be retribution at the next election, even if the votes are cast on Pelosi’s electronic voting machines. Justice moves slow, perhaps too slow to save Trump’s reelection, but fast enough that the Democrats can’t outrun it.

On mail-in ballots there is a process that validates the voter, signature, etc. Because we have voter privacy, the ballot is then placed in the “ballots to be processed” bin and is now separated from the envelope. There is no way after this to validate that the ballot is from a proper registered voter. This is the part cheaters don’t want to be watched. And this is why you’ll hear Giuliani saying that the court must invalidate all ballots that were processed without proper observation. This is a big deal since we can assume many valid ballots are in that mix. In one case he indicated there were 135,000 ballots, and in another over 400,000. The cheaters are assuming a judge will not do that lest they “disenfranchise” all those voters.

The pause Bill makes at 13:50. I think I understand it all too well.

And for the first time ever, I have truly come to appreciate what Thomas Paine meant when he said: “THESE are the times that try men’s souls.” https://www.ushistory.org/paine/crisis/c-01.htm

The answer to what we do moving forward in the worst case scenario is by no means clear (although there is a part of me that wants to say it is), but one thing is for certain: We the people will need to have a long and hard overdue conversation with our state legislatures. Because if these criminals are allowed to get away with stealing the election here, that’s it for Democracy (at least on the federal level). I live in Tennessee (where voting regulations are smart, sensible and secure) and there is nothing the people of my state can do about states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, California, New York and so on. This would be fine if it was simply a matter of how they choose to address leadership WITHIN their own state, but when their decisions can affect my state’s decisions as well, it’s a different story entirely.

Joe Biden’s installment (not election) into office will forever cement the fact that we no longer have a federal government that exists by and through the consent of the governed. Due to millions of pages of bureaucracy from unelected bureaucrats, the federal government has been skirting/tip-toeing that line for decades, but last week’s election will have been the first massive step forward.

There’s also another part of me that simply wishes to wash my hands of this mess and seek residence elsewhere; to simply let chips fall where they may and hopefully find a country a little more appreciative of its liberty. And that part of me will be fueled by how willing 71 million people in 26 different states, not to mention the State legislatures in said states, are to just sit there and take it. The biggest tell for me will be how Republican governors and legislatures respond to Comrade Beto O’Rork sending in his brown shirts to confiscate our guns as Biden has promised and as shadow president/socialist Kamala Harris will likely do upon being given the chance. If that happens and GOP governors/legislatures simply throw up their hands and say “Welp, the law is the law”, then that’s it.

I think we are way beyond addressing the question of what we can do to correct the corrupt voting apparatus. I admit I feel similarly to you. However, I am married with two adult children and one granddaughter K”H). Unfortunately my children are not on the same political page as me or my wife. Irrespective of that, they are certainly not gonna move anywhere. My wife and I could see moving to a red state. We currently live in Los Angeles county probably about 20 minutes away from where I believe Bill Whittle lives. I feel I am a reasonable man. I am a physician and I’ve spent my life devoted to my family and my patients. I do not feel I am some crazy person with fringe ideas. It is very difficult for me to envision leaving the country. After all, where would we go? What country would protect us anymore than any other country? I do think the answer in part is mass migration of conservatives to a series of states in the country. I do wish that Bill and Scott and Steve would address this specifically; i.e, exactly what we should do if indeed Biden and the leftists take over this country. I understand that Bill concluded the above talk by saying he thinks currently it’s premature. I do wish however he would address this and practical specific terms because so many people that I talk to feel hopeless and lost. I wish that I could give myself and them some potential specific ideas. If God willing the courts wind up ruling in trumps favor, then great. Otherwise I feel I need to be preparing for some change in our lives and I would feel better having some options.

My wife and I were fellow so.cal. residents until ’94, when we moved to wash. state. Like you, we have 2 grown children with their own families, and we have 4 grandkids. We’re very proud of both of them. When you have kids you want them to have a better life than you did,and their families are doing much better than we did at this stage of their lives. That’s all that I could ask for, for them to have a better life than the one that I provided for them. Our daughter and daughter-in-law are both stay-at -home moms.Their husbands are partners in a local I-T company and they are doing very well. I believe this is the greatest country on earth, if you work hard and perceiver you can become very successful and reap the rewards. You’d think that they would agree with my wife and I when it comes to politics, capitalism is the foundation of our nation and allowed them to be successful. Wrong, they all hate trump and want him out of office. They seem to think that the dems. are a better option, no discussion. What did we do wrong? By the way, living in western wash. isn’t much better than being back in LA, we just have fewer homeless people on the streets. If we could leave and go someplace better(where?) we would, but my wife wants to stay close to the “kiddos”, so here we are, stuck on the left coast surrounded by progressive morons who feel entitled to any thing and everything.

You know, the machines that count paper ballots run on software, too.

The only redeeming thing about the paper ballot is there is something physical to re-count. But if they’re re-counted by the same machines with the same …. um … “glitches” … Not sure what to do about that, but I’m sure something can be done.
I’m for paper ballots and purple ink.

I think it is less that they believe they cannot win otherwise, and more that they are revolutionaries, and are frustrated (like Molotov in the USSR) that progressive social policies over the past 50 years are not moving fast enough, they still haven’t been able to impose their Marxist ways on America, and we are resisting too much.
Progressive Democratic/Gramscian socialism is not good enough for them. They want “Democracy NOW” the CPUSA and Amy Goodman say.
I think its now clear that Leftists are abetted by “deep state globalists” because the socialization of America will only enrich the coffers of the globalists, and allow them more systematic social control.

The crux of processing and verifying votes involves the removal of the following votes:

  1. Those unregistered to vote
  2. Citizens in prison
  3. Illegal aliens
  4. Finding and counting military ballots
  5. Convicted felons who have not had their right to vote reinstated
  6. Signatures that don’t match
  7. Double voting (CA and NV especially)
  8. Votes only for the president above that 3% Bill mentions
  9. Counties or municipalities violating Benford’s Law
  10. Conspiracy bonus? Dominion, Hammer and Scorecard

Knowing this is the problem it is, the thread to our entire system of government, I think Trump was willing to lose to unmask this, just like he unmasked Spygate.
Furthermore, I consider that Big Tech and George Soros must be destroyed.

Bill compared this Election Day to Pearl Harbor and 9/11, then reminded the world that our response to each, while initially bleak, resulted in the obliteration of the enemy.

I am reminded of my favorite quote by George Catlett Marshall. “We are determined that before the sun sets on this terrible struggle, our flag will be recognized throughout the world as a symbol of freedom on the one hand, and overwhelming force on the other.”

Changes to the voting process would make sense, if the problem was simply incompetence, and/or a system that produces too many errors…this is not the case to a large enough degree to change outcomes in most cases. What is skewing outcomes is sheer criminal behavior. That is, the laws we already have in place are sufficient, although could be improved on, but only if the powers that be have any integrity to begin with. Lacking that, any new voting laws will also be ignored and tampered with, in order to obtain their desired outcome. Accountability and oversite is the key, but this has also been corrupted. This does not mean we should simply give in, just saying adding or changing rules and laws for people that never follow them to begin with is a fools errand, without accountability it is just more rules and laws.

Around the time of the last Papal interregnum, I saw an article on the voting process. It pointed out that a great deal of the tradition involved a number of items intended to prevent cheating.
Hacking the Papal Election
Notice, though, the security measures in the papal election are very hard to implement in a population of hundreds of millions of voters.

FUN FACT:
A giant pall rests over the last conclave because it is strongly believed that a large group of cardinals met to discuss the conclave, before the conclave, which is an action that automatically excommunicates you from the Church.
As such, those men should have been excluded from the conclave banned from voting to elect the flaming dumpster fire Jorge Mario Bergolio, aka Pope Francis.

What can be done to increase the integrity of the voting process? That is the question.
There are quite a number of actions that could be actually taken. First, the ballot counting areas should be treated as a high security zones and all that implies. This would consist of video surveillance, controlled access, etc.
The creation and issuance of a national voter ID number to each voter that would be used when entering your vote. This would provide a way to validate a vote through software. The existence of such an ID would allow an environment to be established whereby voting could be done via an app.
Involve an agency in the testing, verification, and certification of the voter software protocols. Perhaps a bipartisan panel could handle this task for each election cycle.
Enforce the constitution where it specifies the date of the election. Having the voters use apps would make the voting process pandemic proof.
These are just a few of the recommendations that come to mind. Obviously they would need to be reviewed and /or corrected. Essentially I feel that the election process has become considerably more complex and needs attention.

Michigan had county report computer software program gave republican votes to Democrat person. 6,000 in that county difference, Meaning there is really a 12,000 difference in just that one county alone in Michigan. There are 47 other counties in Michigan using that same software.
NOW, we find out there are 30 other states using this same software..
Software, plus the fraud we know about adds up to millions of votes…
This software is run by Avid Technology Inc. Richard C. Blum holds 60% ownership: Dianne Feinstein’s husband.

The voting machines in my county in Texas have no paper trail. There is no option for a paper ballot. The signature is electronic too, done with one’s finger, not a stylus, so the my signature doesn’t even match my voting record.

As mentioned in other threads on this site, here is a briefing specific to the current presidential election in which the credibility of all voting machines is completely destroyed:
https://youtu.be/ficae6x1Q5A?t=1853
Basically, the vote tallies in the machines can be changed either on site or off site. I no longer trust these things, and the ownership details listed in Sashin Shannahan’s comment about ownership of the responsible company above makes it even worse in my opinion.

It is time to Go Galt while you still can. Stop feeding them and they will vanish. They depend upon our productivity to do anything. All the while, they work to make it impossible to be productive. It really is voluntarily Go Galt or involuntarily fall into their trap and become a parasite.

Keep in mind they don’t really want to live. They want you to suffer. Your suffering is their joy. Their goal is the destruction of everything worth having.

Agreed, in principle. But…

It’s one thing to do it in a novel where you have highly motivated, extremely competent, people who can withdraw to a Gulch protected from detection by a science-fiction heat ray, and wait in comfort while everything else collapses over months, or years. Quite another to do it in real life.

Another explication of this problem occurs in Heinlein’s “The Moon is a Harsh Mistress.” The lunar revolutionaries are discussing how to “throw rocks” at the King-George-like Authority on Earth. That meant launching barges full of, literally, rock down the “gravity well” to Earth where they struck with multi-megaton force. Problem: The barges used to contain grain grown by lunar farmers, who relied on the profits for their way of life. As long as the war was on they suffered, and stood to become less likely to support The Cause as time went by.

Another solution, again with a built-in problem, is also found in Atlas Shrugged: “The Sanction of the Victim”, as fleshed out in Reardon’s trial. Reardon is able to make it work because of his unique value to the bad guys. But what happens if guys like me decide to refrain from voting – to withdraw our sanction – so long as the system remains corrupt? We are not unique, so all our standing on principle would do is guarantee the opposition gets its way every time.

Our options involve various types of free speech, from protests to lawfare to economic sanctions, etc., and eventually up to, shall we way, “kinetic” options. But the weak spot in any of it seems to be lack of will, organization, and leadership, outside of Mr. Trump and a precious few others.

You are stretching. Soon we won’t have a choice but to Go Galt. They will have so damaged your freedom and liberty you won’t be able to produce. To produce takes intellect applied to reality. If you are not permitted to use your intellect, you won’t be productive.

Take away freedom and liberty and you are in a total “mother may I” environment. They will determine the “truth” you are permitted to use and when you are to use it. THAT WILL KILL TECHNOLGICAL CIVIALIZATION and you with it. Which has been their goal all along.

It really is your choice. Either Go Galt now when you can chose to or become part of that mountain of bodies and rivers of blood that always follows a totalitarian takeover.

OK where specifically and how. We don’t have the semi magic technology that John Gault had to shield himself from detection from any observer. So how would you specifically proceed?

This is an answer that has eluded humanity for all time. We’ve run out of empty continents upon which we can start anew, so the only response is as follows:

Arrange your affairs so you don’t pay income taxes. Produce only that which you need to survive. Don’t accumulate visible excess wealth that they can steal. Painful? Yes but much less painful that if the (regressive) progressives gain control of the country.

For example, I legally succeeded in paying no income taxes in 2018 an 2019. Since I am 83, I was able legally to cut my real-estate taxes almost in half. Unfortunately, I spent much too much of my life creating a software package that out cats the cat scanner. There is no way I can pull it back now. Maybe, just maybe I will be paid for it rather than have it stolen from me.

Even if it is stolen from me, it is interesting that it really protects itself. You can use it only if you use it correctly according to its reality based requirements. If you don’t, it does not work. Wishing, hoping, and waiting for the magic to happen will all fail. In effect, it is as protected as John Galt’s Engine. Not by a stone wall and locked door. It is protected behind a wall of intellect connected to reality. That is the last thing the (regressive) progressives will think to use because they believe reality is optional.

It would be nice to have a Galt’s Gulch to disappear to but that is not realistic for most mere mortals. It was a metaphor used by Ayn Rand to demonstrate the function of the intellect and its freedom in the creation of a thriving life of man. We each have to find our own Galt’s Gulch. We don’t have a John Galt to do it for us. We ARE John Galt!

Your responses to me as well as to Robert are well stated, and I agree with all of it. My questions – and frustrations – are about the specifics, as Robert said. The devil is in the details, to coin a phrase.

I do, now, as you suggest: I’ve let the “tax tail” wag the “income dog” for decades, ever since we discovered it doesn’t take much, materially, to make us happy. Our income comes from my intellect, in the sense that I select our stock investments and set our income level by regulating the taxable events of stock sales, dividend payouts, and IRA withdrawals. So I do not produce anything material for the purpose of gaining income or justifying my existence.

On the other hand we also own timber land, a raw material way on the opposite end of the economic spectrum from investing. The two good things about that are: We don’t need income from it now, and trees grow slowly. Someday when it’s time to cut them down and input them into the economy, perhaps things will have changed enough politically that doing so won’t be an act of self-sacrifice.

Far from causing me pain, doing these things makes me feel good, but I don’t think they address the essential problem. That’s enough for now, though.

Scott get real. It is way beyond corruption and illegal votes. The Democrats are ALL traitors and should be treated as such. They accuse us and treat that as the same as conviction, shouldn’t we return the favor and do exactly the same. After all, we all are living under one law aren’t we? (Rhetorical question)

For far too long it has been one law for We the People and another law for the political élite. We can’t get away with J Walking and they steal us blind, work to control our lives minutely, steal elections, commit murder, and float by without so much as a hiccup. All simply by their saying they have seen no evidence.

I object!

You’re right. The rule of law either means something, or it means nothing, in which case violence and the will-to-power are all that matter. And America dies in the process, which is what the CCP and globalists wanted all along.
