This pandemic response is the result of a long-time “overhaul” of healthcare and what constitutes appropriate treatment. Healthcare as an answer to “disparate conditions”, Blue Zones (where every facet of life is addressed in the patient’s list to the physician. Healthcare has become far more than socialized medicine. Physicians have become the gatekeepers and enforcers of all behavior. Every aspect of a patient’s life is documented through medical codes and must be done in order for the physician to get paid. You have highlighted something else, perhaps intentionally, perhaps not, about science in general. Most scientific studies, especially in medicine, are designed with carefully controlled parameters. Without those controls it is nearly impossible to establish a “scientific proof” and outline “best practice”. What is missing is that the real world is not a laboratory and the conclusions drawn represent only a statistical probability in a controlled scenario. As someone who “lived medicine” for many years a good example is that while I was trained to the best standards of the time, had I continued to practice fifteen years after the way I was taught I would have been committing malpractice every day. The issue isn’t even about experts in such and such arena of knowledge. I think all of us would accept that knowledge is not distributed equally and most recently that distribution has been emphasized by the poor quality of education-the pronounced shift (seem largely in those accepted to medical school) to science and math from the humanities. There is an emotional security we all feel when we deal with “an expert” but we fail to understand the limits and especially the applicability of that knowledge to our immediate decisions. As another example, there may be a 1% chance of “X” outcome, but not only must one “roll the dice” but the media will play up the unfortunate who rolls that 1%. This emphasis shifts our understanding of the limitations of science. With a more humanistic education we would perceive those limits more clearly and be more willing to make our prediction of the ox’s weight privately, realizing that as individuals we are not going to have a perfect outcome, only a “close” one for the majority.

I would believe the initial “extreme caution” measures had there not been a conference a few months prior (funded in part by Johns Hopkins) on a response to a “simulated pandemic”. Coincidence? Maybe.
I think the people Bill is referring to are much like us in that they have their strong belief in “Government Rules People”, One World Order, far left progressive, or whatever the heck it is. As we strongly believe in the Constitution and American principles, etc.
They believe in “their way” so strongly, they will do anything to ensure it is “the way” the country ends up. They don’t care about our laws, the Constitution, BOR, courts, etc. Any means necessary. Remember?
The people who are committed to this “vision” know exactly what they’re doing. They know they are doing illegal things. Once they realized they couldn’t win by playing the game (2016 election?), they simply stopped pretending and showed their true intent.
Do not believe the words they speak. Look at their actions. What they are doing. It’s the DOING that reveals the truth!
Why are they telling us to wear masks when the recovery rate is over 99%? Why the arbitrary rules that seem to change daily? Why are small businesses most affected? Why does big business get bailouts and small business get “loans”? Why so many not allowed to go to their jobs & forced to go on unemployment? Why are they pushing the vax so hard?
Do you see it yet?
They believe they are smarter than us. They believe they have a right to “rule” OVER us. They are so intoxicated by power and money, they will destroy our country and rule over a wasteland rather than have to glance upon our President and a free people.
I don’t say this to spread hate to these people. I say it so we can REALLY wake up and understand the urgency to DO something! We’re already behind the power curve!

What I think is cool is the anti-mask flash mobs. These are good people who have had enough of the mask and lockdown BS. They go to random stores and all remove their masks together. They engage in civil talk to explain their perspective and show the importance of critical thinking without censorship.

It’s a step, but we REALLY need to simply stop complying. ALL of us need to stop following the “edicts”.
They are intentionally destroying our cities, our jobs, and our businesses so that we will have no choice but to rely on government handouts!
They “import” illegals who will vote for them to try and out vote the citizens. They prey on people who are weak minded, lazy, and simply want free stuff.
The Oath Breaker police and fed agencies can pick us off one by one, but they are outnumbered! We all have to stand up and have each others backs.
It’s the only way. We can’t do it one by one, here and there.

It is not “good intentions” that Fauci spews. He has ties to Big Pharma, Gates, & vaccines. He profits from his “expertise”.
The inventor of the PCR test (test used for Covid) said Fauci isn’t an expert of anything (paraphrase). He also said the PCR test was not designed to test for what they’re using it for.
Surprisingly, the inventor “died” in 2019. Coincidence?
Fauci (and Birx) are a cog in the wheel of expanding lockdowns, forcing people (through fear) to get the vax, and want mandatory vax (passport) to do most anything (fly, get food, go to school, go into businesses, etc.).
All these politicians who’ve been doing the unconstitutional acts and “edicts” and voting fraud upon the masses are all in the same boat.
Do we see it yet?
They are the “masters” pulling the strings and herding the sheep where and when they want them to go. Convincing us to do what they want us to do and we think we’ve made the decision. Turning the herd against others of the herd.

I’m not advocating anyone go out and start killing people, I’m pointing out that Bob Heinlein though his fictional character Lazarus Long, said what Bill is trying to say and he said it a long time ago.

Most of you ought to know this concept and understand this principle by now. If this is new to you, well live and learn I reckon.

I’ve learned a lot of big lessons in my life. Much of that knowledge came with some degree of pain. One of the harder lessons was “Not everyone is like me”. People have a tendency to see themselves as the benchmark for “normal” It’s very common for people to think “Deep down secretly you’re just like me”.

This is why a thief thinks everyone would be a thief if they weren’t afraid of being caught.

This is why a liar thinks everyone else is lying to him.

This is why well meaning Westerners thought the Arab Spring was a good thing and a step towards Western Democracy.

This is why the joke when I was in the military was that “Deep inside every ___ (fill in the blank with the most contemporary enemy) there is an American screaming to get out.”

These political elites Bill is talking about do not escape this phenomena but for one exception. They think that everyone who agrees with them is like them and anyone who does not agree with them is stupid.

The lesser minds on that side think that agreeing with the political elites proves they’re smart. They don’t think the political elites are like them, they think they can be like the political elites if they agree with them.

Because obviously anyone who is as smart as them would have to agree with them. Because agreeing with those people proves how smart you are …

Do you see the circular logic there? Did you catch the positive feedback loop? Where do you think that kind of thing comes to it’s logical, unavoidable conclusion?

We had a couple of words for this kind of thing back in my military days. “Circle Jerk” and “Cluster F*ck”. Both phrases are synonymous with “disaster” and/or “catastrophe”.

Hope for the best and plan for the worst because I have no idea what we’re in store for or how bad it’s going to get over the next 4 years. The worst part is the next 4 years might not be the worst part … They might be prelude to an irreversible calamity. I have no doubt that Joe Biden, Kamelnose Harris, Nancy Pilosi et. al. will gladly try to out virtue signal each other all the way down the drain hole. When and if we ever do emerge from that swirly we may look more like Venezuela than America.

We’re in a big Charlie Foxtrot and how fast it all turns to shite and swirls down the drain will depend on us.

I may have mentioned this book before but will again and his vids are out on YouTube – Stephen Kotkin’s Stalin: Waiting for Hitler…it is a tomb nut it is one of the most relevant books to read right now….get a hard back as the digital versions can be changed in the future and or disappear.
An important thing that has happened with the X and Y Generation is that despite popular opinion, if they work for the technocracy, they work 15-17 Hours per day plus weekends unless they find a way to escape. They literally live in a gilded prison where they have no time to “think” for themselves unless it is for a project for the elite that keeps them grinding and grinding until they are so tired, there its nothing left in the margins but to eat and sleep…everything falls apart – family, Homelife, everything. Politics becomes a thing they listen about in the margins and get hyped up on the most fashionable hysteria of the day – I know, as I used to be in that prison. It never felt right though…you could feel the evil seep from the walls….like in the move Devils Advocate…the air was thick with darkness even in the light.
These are the young and middle agers today that make up the sleeping masses and it’s a sad state. I hatched a plan, got out, never looked back. I had to leave a lot of unvested stock on the table but I never regretted it…those I left behind are almost impossible to reach. Work from home makes no difference…as the goal post for what time you start and end just gets wider and they take up even more time – imagine rolling out of bed at 4:30AM, being on calls from 5:00AM to 11:00PM – where you are expected to also be working on all of your projects while you are those calls even if you are running those calls…quadruple tasking is the norm…like robots, the humanity gets crushed out of u until there is nothing left. I bring this up as this is what we’re dealing with as more consolidation takes place into these huge virtual blocks of people working around the clock…their brains literally seized by the elite behind the curtains. They are paid so well, they can’t imagine giving up all that money to actually “Live…” They have been numbed for so long…it’s a distant memory of what that even means.
We have a huge fight ahead of us to unite those who are awake that still make up the majority…for now…And it’s this group that will have to reach their children and grandchildren before their minds get stolen away.

Back when Tetraethyllead (leaded gasoline) was being used, it was heralded by many scientists and no more than Thomas Midgley Jr. who helped develop it.
He was so adamant about how wonderful and safe the product was that he staged a press conference where he washed his hands in the tetraethyllead, held it up to his nose and inhaled it for 60 seconds. Midgley later had to take a leave of absence of work after being diagnosed with lead poisoning.
These elites are insulated from the consequences of their good intentions so naturally a step toward public trust would be if they had to live by all of the rules that they propose that the public lives.

On some technical points, the audio delay is finally fixed. However in the last 5-7 minutes you keep banging on my sub-woofer, please don’t do that. 🙂 Even to emphasize an important point.

The thing is, I do know what’s best for everybody – to be left alone so they can decide for themselves what’s best for them.

Nobody listens to me, though.

I’d like to think that they think they are doing the right thing. I do actually feel that some of them are so mentally deranged that they fall into the evil category. I feel that Fauci is one of those, as well as Bill Gates, George Soros, etc.
In Louisiana we are faced with a governor (John Bel Edwards) who is holding the state under water, and has zero empathy as the citizens drown, one by one. Businesses failing, despair causing suicides, the sick and elderly in nursing homes dying without ever seeing their loved ones again. This is the sickest most unbelievable situation I’ve ever seen.
Every legal means has been tried thus far.
This is certainly a Marxist overthrow happening all around us and in front of our faces.
People were STUPID STUPID STUPID to buy into any of this. It was clear to many of us one week into this fiasco that it was about the Nov 3rd election and a coup against the Republic.
Once you give away your liberty… you are forced to fight to get it back. We are almost there.

Why the people try to fight the illegal edicts by legal ways instead of just follow the law of the land, that does not recognize all those edicts? Blind compliance is the thing that gives these evil guys all their power. And when they get away with it they will obviously repeat and double down — proper push back would be the cure.

I worked in an inter circle for The Technocracy for a time…and “they do” believe that most of us are unfortunate children of a lesser god,” and should be felt sorry for and given a level of a chance….like stray pets who know their place and should be grateful but not capable of thinking for themselves. They look upon the rest of everyone with disdain..and as you would suspect, they’re not all that. Malcom Gladwell’s outliers covers how most of these people that fell into elitism just got lucky…they were not the most likely or the most talented. They may have worked hard but proximity, networking, and luck was a huge part of it.

People must stand up for the laws and Constitution! They must stand together or else get picked off one by one. Stop waiting for someone else to “fix it”. We are our own rescuers! We should have called BS about 3 weeks into this mess, but here we are 9 months in and still following the “edicts” of our masters. It’s up to each of us.

So spot on, Bill. I was a theater major, as well, and I’ve always understood that villains THINK they are doing a good thing, or at least are justified. Even OJ Simpson thought he was justified in nearly decapitating Nicole. You bring up a brilliant point that I’ve danced around but never zeroed in on here. It all comes down to this: they think they’re geniuses and we’re dimwits.
