I have no experience creating them, but I would LOVE to see an ongoing meme (like the triggered lady pointing her finger and the white cat at the table from last year).
In this one the permanent figure is the shot of Bill Clinton in his mask nodding off at the inauguration.
The changing one is ANYTHING Uncle Joe or Auntie Cackles says/does on a daily basis. Or any big deal the MSM makes out of anything Uncle Joe does.
(Like the lights at the reflecting pool are like Joe stretching out his arms to embrace the whole country.) Or whatever they said.
