Step 1: Elect candidates to office who pledge to come home after one term and therefore have nothing preventing them from saying what’s on their mind and skewering the establishment.
Step 2: Once elected, candidates advance our wildly popular party platform (e.g., secure elections) to the extent possible knowing that there is another party candidate ready to carry the torch.
Step 3: See Step 1.
We outnumber the establishment by A LOT, reluctant though we may be to serve. Certainly not my idea of a good time.

I’ve told people for years we wouldn’t need term limits if people would stop re-electing the same crooked politicians. It’s the voters fault!
(I will say that after the last election I wonder if the house/senate seats and governor spots haven’t been rigged for years.)
We kept re-electing the same people. We didn’t keep our eye on them and how/what they were voting for. We just wanted to live our lives and be left alone. And this is what we get (stolen election aside).
Our govt. has been on a downhill slide for decades. The race for president became more and more vile. All decorum went out the window.
We need to elect better people. Watch what they do and vote for. A few Legislators and a couple Senators in D.C., your mayor, your state legislature, city council.
We need to get rid of all the foreign and domestic money poured into political races! How can another party have a chance if the Dem’s get 10’s of billions of dollars?
Vote for who you think will do the best for your state/country based on their platform and what they say. Not by their skin color, party, religion, sex, etc.
Watch them. If they don’t do what they say, FIRE THEIR BUTT! Don’t wait until the next election, recall, force them to resign, etc. Their replacement will learn quick to keep their word and actions true.
We can’t afford to become complacent again!
Hey De. No question they’ve betrayed our trust by going behind our back to enrich themselves while we were busy running our lives. As opposed to the occasional citizen documentary or YouTube journalists which MSM can easily ignore or dismiss as “conspiracy theory,” in my opinion, Trump’s most important accomplishment was opening the eyes of the everyday American to the corruption in politics, corporations and the media by bringing it front and center.
I like term limits as a solution and here’s why.
Term limits remove the temptation for the candidate to stay in office for the increased benefits. It lashes them to the mast as Bill describes in his aptly titled video, “Lashed to the Mast.”
They also remove the incentive for lobbyists and MSM to throw their money and weight behind candidates for fulfillment of future promises. As it is, they’ve entrenched themselves including making it difficult for third party candidates to even get on the ballot. Term limits level the playing field.
If Soros knew that a D.A. would only serve one term, he’d be more reluctant to spend the money. Of course, he has enough to back candidate after candidate, but at least term limits remove the advantage of incumbency and introduces disruption to the globalist agenda by forcing him to run new candidates. Much tougher than installing someone in a position then just writing checks and rigging elections.
I get the obvious need for term limits as voters “apparently” are unable to do it by vote.
Before the last election I tried to “educate” two of my friends on how to read the voters booklet so they’d know exactly what a proposition or amendment or new law REALLY meant. The adverts are slanted and the “quick summary” is often misleading.
They didn’t understand the “popular vote” initiative. They read the description & were more confused. I finally realized they didn’t understand the Electoral College to begin with!
Anyway, they watched MSM, though one of them started to go to other sources. The other seemed to simply be overwhelmed with learning about voting choices.
We didn’t discuss who/what we voted for, but both of them voted down ticket in the election.
I experienced 1st hand “low information voters”.
With our public “education” system, future generations will be even more low info. or reading comprehension, etc.
It’s essential to run for office or support like-minded who do, but we also need to dismantle the public schools. They’re killing the minds and will of future generations. IMO
I fully agree, and our approach definitely needs to take into account low information voters. I don’t want to engage in pure demagoguery or fearmongering. Whatever we say must have easily understandable logic and facts behind it. But we definitely need short, easily digestible messages which will make low information and/or less educated folks with common sense sit up and take notice.
If people have no common sense and are driven by pure emotion, I’m not sure what to do with them other than sell them on the benefits of our plans for world domination. Mu-ha-ha.
Haha!
Yes, public schools are making sure our kids are “dumbed down” & obedient.
All our laws need to be written at about 8th grade level and as clear and concise as possible.
Colorado voters ended up passing the “popular vote”, abortions up until birth, more taxes on themselves, & ousting a Rep Senator.
What the far lefties don’t realize is that their “virtue” or “feelings” are being played, their taxes being stolen, & getting the opposite of what they voted for. 🙁
With all the fraud, I wouldn’t bet on the fact that Coloradoans(?) voted out a Republican Senator.
That said, clear and concise for sure, maybe with an instructional video.
It’s not just lefties that are being used. The Muslims are too. Commies are behind it all.
This is no indictment of a busy, trusting public, but people need to wake up. These “moralistic” globalists and the virtue signalers are just the useful idiots as described by Lenin. The communists will get rid of the socialists and the Muslims (addressed in part two) in the end. It’s shocking, disturbing and frightening how much they’ve already accomplished…

One thing I could care less about is the homosexuality other than it’s been used as a weapon against the family. Whatever someone does in their bedroom is their private business and between them and God, and I wish people would stop discussing it. It has nothing to do with how I view someone’s character defined as actions toward others, and I harbor no ill will toward those who practice it.
I do resent the acceptance being crammed down our throat at every turn. To be clear, it’s not my place to judge or look down up others for their actions. It’s also not the drunkard’s or swindler’s or adulterer’s place to force me to condone their behavior. Do what you want to do in private. I don’t need to know about it nor do I care.
First off, we already have term limits; it’s called the vote. By adding another rule you’re not solving the problem, you’re creating a new one by not fixing the core problem. Remember, for every good idea, there is always an equal and opposite side. He’s one that comes to mind right off the bat. Let’s say we, the sheeple, elect a great congressman, he’s doing a fabulous job, but all of a sudden he’s gone before his time due to a set limit of one term. So, what happens then? Someone not as competent gets voted in with a better bad idea and messes things up again. It’s the job of we, the sheeple, to manage our elected officials by firing the bad ones and hiring good ones. Not another rule. To be human is to find ways around rules restricting what you want to do. This is how the framers designed it, and it’s brilliant; it works in harmony with human nature. Now, here’s the core problem, unless you’ve seen it already, and that is we. the sheeple. We have to start over again starting with the very young and instill the idea of service of some kind, it doesn’t have to be the military, teaching civics K-12, and a sense of one’s civic duty to preserve personal freedoms and liberties. Right now, the average Joe out there doesn’t know sheep crap from burnt cotton seed what his or her congressman or senator stands for, and most likely 8 out of ten couldn’t tell who they are. And they’re going to know how to vote in an important election, sure. So, my friends, do you see the problem? It’s us!
While I agree that human nature is at the core, the problem I have with your proposed solutions is that the people who know the system very well are those career politicians that are already in power. I also agree that every decision will have unforeseen consequences, and electing a fresh face to Congress every two years will certainly have trade-offs. That said, how many well-meaning people go to Washington, only to be corrupted by the system once they’ve become established? How many tyrants do we have to end up with to get one benevolent ruler? By imposing term limits, at least on a federal level, that would create an environment where people who have the interests of their neighbors would go instead of the power-hungry who are disconnected from their constituents.
You are correct in that term limits prevent someone we like from extensive service in one role. However, there are many offices to fill and ways to serve. I think it’s just a cost of doing business if we are to root out the establishment.
Fully agree we need to change academics from the ground up. YouTube has helped to “red pill” a lot of young people and has continued to do so, but we need to cut the heart out of liberal academia in K-12 education.
Just like the leftists have their fake news, they have their fake history as Mary Grabar illustrates (https://youtu.be/bhyYaFvELaU) about the Howard Zinn (avowed socialist) version of American history which has been taught in American schools for years.
Presents America as irredeemably corrupt, needing to be torn down and rebuilt.
This is why our children hate Columbus and America. In his “A People’s History of the United States” used throughout our school system, Zinn literally leaves out the parts that contradict his claims including Columbus saying they should treat the natives with kindness and love to convert them as force will do no good.
Also…”Fascism’s internal elements…militarism, racism, imperialism…were absorbed by the victors,” which includes America.
All pushed by the non-profit Zinn Education Project (funded by rich liberals including Matt Damon) which is now introducing the 1619 Project (more fake history) and the Marxist BLM agenda into schools to be taught from pre-K forward.
Makes my blood boil.
Be aware getting someone elected is not as simple as showing up and adding their name to a list of candidates. Like most things in bureaucracy there are a lot of red tape and hoops to jump through. The competition will allow and or encourage new candidates to waste money and time. Then when the actual rubber meets the road, they pull the rug out and say well you didn’t file your correct form, (which was kept hidden from you), last year so you actually are ineligible to run for the office. Meanwhile you wasted time, money, and all the peoples time invested in the candidate.
Well, the fix is simple; the solution, difficult but doable. The fix is to find people who know the system very well. These people will need to want to donate their time or perhaps speak for a reasonable fee. The solution is to find the right candidate who, knowing the risk to their careers, the careers of their associates, family, and friends from the Marxist revolutionaries, willing to run, and stay in the game when it gets real ugly; it will. Freedom is not free, nothing is. If we want to remain free, now’s the time to fight with everything we’ve got because there is no doubt about it, freedom in jeopardy.
I know there are barriers to third party candidates even being allowed on the ballot. You’re right. We need the assistance of others who have gone before use trying to do the same thing.
