This has to be your best episode so far. I generally do not like to comment quickly after a show is published because I need a little time to let the rage subside. Looking forward to the future return to power of the conservative party (its name may or not be “Republican”, that’s a question for another time). If we are to fix these problems we need to look to structural changes to the Constitution.
Up until the 1930’s, the courts read the Constitution to prohibit the delegation of core powers of the three branches of government. Now the Executive has courts, and writes laws through rule making, the Judiciary writes laws by amending legislation, as opposed to deciding of the Constitutionality of a law (in effect giving an advisory opinion and then making it a law that cannot be changed by Congress. The Executive goes to war without a declaration of war, just an authorization of force enacted 90 days after the festivities have started. In each case these “delegations” or “usurpations” of the core powers from another branch of government have been made to avoid responsibility to the people. Congress can say they are not responsible for ruinous fines from the EPA and they no longer have to do the hard work and legislate and can fill their time investigating (another Executive branch function). An amendment is needed to make the non delegation of powers specific and mandatory (because the black robed geniuses cannot read the sentence that says the legislative power is vested in the Congress to mean that they cannot give away). Same with the Court and the Executive.
We need citizen legislators, not anointed princes (we can leave the need to anoint Rep. Swalwell with Beano for another time). Limit House members at three terms, no more. Remove the 16th Amendment and cap Senators at two terms. And most importantly, limit all federal retirement, except Article III judges and military, to a minimum of 30 years service. Legislators can retire but must combine their time with other government time to equal 30 years.
These few changes actually do little or no damage to the Constitution and actually help return us to a system more familiar to the Founders. We have to legally fence in these lawless wreckers (hat tip to V.I. Lenin).

This brings to mind the now threadbare 1964 publication by Dr. Eric Berne, Games People Play. While the underlying precepts of transactional analysis (TA) no longer enjoy much serious attention, one thing that endures from Dr. Berne’s writings regard the ability to resolve conflicts from either the “child” state, the “parent” state and/or the “adult” state. Berne asserts that while one party in a conflict acts from the “child” (i.e., Freudian id) state, this forces the other party involved to act in the “parent” (i.e., Freudian superego) state. As a result, the conflict is never resolved. The child continues to demand those things that suit only their selfish interests, while the parent tries (unsuccessfully) to convince them that their self-centered behavior is unacceptable. Only when both parties approach the conflict from an “adult” state can there ever be any real progress towards solution and reconciliation. Until the Leftist Socialists learn to act like adults (which appears to be utterly beyond their capacity), we will have to continue acting like “parents” and the conflicts between us two will continue unabated.

Now think of what the generation of kids being raised by someone with a Mom like Gulag Barbie, A dad like Fartwell, grandparents like Schemer and Palsi, and going to schools in the LA Unified School District and any of today’s university system, and only religious teaching coming from a church headed by algore and St. Greta will grow up to be like. The current Generation Snowflake may be bad, but weren’t raised on a complete diet of hatred for this country and half of their fellow citizens.

So the greater question is the mindset of that population… it cannot be that they are ignorant of or uniformed about the activities of their chosen representative. It would be interesting to pose this quandary to the likes of Jordan B Peterson or Thomas Sowell… perhaps you could engage either or both… just a thought.
One has to wonder if the people of these failed states and cities actually do keep voting in the miscreants who are ruining all the lives over which they rule. Hasn’t the 2020 election proven that the peoples’ vote is nothing but a charade?

Hmmmm, yet it appears just fine when the Senate Minority leader, Mr. Schumer, “summoned a mob to Washington, exhorted them into a frenzy, and aimed them like a loaded cannon” at the Supreme Court. Of course Mr. Schumer’s mob certainly would not endanger the life of any real living Americans, it was only gathered to re-affirm we can continue to kill more millions of unborn (and perhaps even the born) children.
