CDC Says Vaccinated People Can Gather Privately Without Masks
4 replies on “That’s nice of them”
I stopped listening to the CDC last May when I began a weekly Friday afternoon gathering in my garden for like minded friends. We didn’t wear masks but we took practical precautions like not shaking hands or sharing food or drink. We never had an issue.
My natural assumption would be that anyone who felt at risk or had been exposed would not attend. In other words I expected reasonable adults to acts reasonably.
Maybe I’m living in a bubble, but: Couldn’t they always? Even here in the Soviet Republic of New York State I don’t know of any random inspections by local health or law enforcement authorities of private homes for mask violations.
So, the answer to our mask woes is obvious.
Everyone just say you’ve been vaccinated. We’re all good.
Only one comment from me.: Well, duh Captain Obvious!
