What Do We Do? First, Reclaim Your Free Speech. Encourage Others To Do the Same.

Enough is enough.  We are kind and loving and generous people in a great country which offers equal opportunity to everyone despite the claims of the divisive Democrats, and we don’t deserve this type of treatment.

Stop apologizing.  Stop worrying about the “optics.”  And stop censoring your speech for fear of “offending” some oversensitive ninny.  Leftists are trying to take away our freedoms.  Don’t let them.

This speech by Ted Danson playing the character of Becker in the series by the same name displays the attitude we should all be taking.  Political correctness should be burnt to a crisp and tossed on the ash heap of history.

The left has taken advantage of our generous nature once again, a generous nature which propels most of us to be courteous and considerate from the start.  We don’t need no stinkin’ rules set by society, especially a secular society with no moral standards.

Danson expresses the exact tone and tenor we should take toward the Twitter nazis and all those like them advocating the suppression of free speech.  America is not a daycare created to preserve the precious sensibilities of a few snowflakes.

My advice to these self-centered mommy basement dwellers is to grow up.  The world does not revolve around you and your emotion-fueled opinions.  Sticks and stones may break your bones (or the window of a Target during a “peaceful protest” held by your friends), but names will never hurt you.

Enjoy.

Reclaiming–establishing–the freedom to speak what one thinks can make for an untidy, and unpleasant slog. It isn’t as sublime as a slogan, it involves real labor and courage and conviction. And an umbrella to deflect the slung mud.

First, let me be clear. I’m not talking about plunging ahead with reckless abandon. I’m not going to go charging into the ‘hood screaming the n-word at the top of my lungs daring the offended not to be offended (as much as I believe they should let it go).

What I am talking about is letting it flow in daily conversation. Don’t let other people define what we can and can’t say. If I want to use the word “retard,” then I’m going to use the word. Same with 99% of the other words we’re not supposed to use any more according to the P.C. police. I’m not going to be intentionally insensitive or hurtful, but I am fed up with allowing other people to dictate our behavior. No one gave them that right. Who died and made them king?

So I’m going to assume genders. I’m going to continue to say “sex change.” I’m not going to refrain from telling a joke that someone within earshot might find offensive. And I’m certainly not going to back down from saying things such as the black community needs to fix its own problems before pointing the finger at everyone else.

Granted, I work for myself, so thank God I can’t be canceled by being fired. However, I think the whole moving of the All-Star game and the huge backlash to that and cancel culture is a big wake-up call for these “wokeristas” in corporate HR. People are fed up with it, and the day is coming when even speech at work will be free. That will be a great day.

Thanks for your input. God bless.

Most of all, I’m tired of the double standards and the lies from the left. They have no regard for any of these victims they’re supposedly protecting. Controlling speech as a means of dividing us is but one facet of a power grab by communists set on destroying America plain and simple, and they’ve been working at it for decades.

I have taken to simply acknowledging that I am a racist. I do not care what those that would call me that think, so I just agree with the sentiment, and bowl them over with argument. Am I a white supremacist? Apparently, in your mind. Rendering your opinion of no worth, and guaranteeing that you will continue to think that way, without impacting me one iota.

I’ve been taking the same approach for a long time now. I ditched my white guilt a long time ago, and I’m certainly no racist. Quite the opposite.

The silver lining in all of this is that it’s forced people like me to dig into history and find the answers to debunk all of the left’s b.s. lies (I’ve stopped calling them “narratives”). The following post I assembled may interest you. Feel free to reuse for your own purposes. Enjoy.

Daily reminder. The DEMOCRATS, not the Republicans, are the party of racism. The South left the Democrats and their racism behind, but the racist, communist Democrats obviously haven’t stopped defining people by the color of their skin rather than the content of their character.

DEMOCRATS, not Republicans, HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE PARTY OF RACISM IN THIS COUNTRY. The Democrats fought for slavery, founded the KKK (4 million at its height now less than 10,000), passed all the Jim Crow laws, fought anti-lynching legislation, fought and filibustered civil rights legislation, and THERE WAS NO PARTY SWITCH!!!

Martin Luther King, Jr. was a REPUBLICAN. The “party switch” is just a LIE that the FAKE NEWS and the lying Democrats tell. Robert Byrd didn’t repent until much, much later toward the end of his career. Only Sen. Strom Thurmond of South Carolina switched in 1964, and even then, he was hardly a staunch racist:

https://www.heritage.org/commentary/the-last-dixiecrat

“Mr. Crespino includes the 1964 and 1968 stories in his biography but argues that Thurmond’s party switch was racially inspired and served to reinforce the GOP’s “Southern strategy” of seeking only white votes. He writes that in his dozens of campaign speeches for Goldwater in 1964, Thurmond emphasized Goldwater’s vote against the Civil Rights Act earlier that year and predicted that, as president, Goldwater would salvage “the rights of the individual, the rights of the states.” ***But Mr. Crespino omits that, in the last week of the campaign, Goldwater and Thurmond stood side by side in Columbia, S.C., as the Republican candidate condemned segregation and declared that government must treat “all men as equal in the areas of law and civil order.” The speech was broadcast on 87 TV stations throughout the South.”**

Furthermore, Republicans are not just the party of Lincoln founded to fight slavery. Frederick Douglass was a Republican. Booker T. Washington was a Republican. The first black members of Congress from the South were Republicans…

Hiram Rhodes Revels (first black member of the Senate and served for the state of Mississippi) and Joseph Hayne Rainey (first black member of all of Congress and served South Carolina in the House of Representatives). You guessed it…BOTH REPUBLICANS.

Someone should have told Rep. Joseph Rainey from South Carolina, born a slave, that the legacy of slavery was inescapable.

Then there’s Democrat hero FDR who killed anti-lynching legislation and interned Japanese-Americans during WWII despite the military saying it wasn’t necessary.

Then there’s Beijing Biden working with Southern segregationist Dixiecrats like Sen. John Stennis and Sen. James Eastland (both from Mississippi) to preserve segregation and advance his own career.

Oh and let’s not forget one of my favorite quotes from a racist Democrat as reported by a black steward on Air Force One.

“I’ll have those n*ggers voting Democratic for 200 years.”

* President LBJ in reference to welfare and the Great Society.

LBJ also said this…

“These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we’ve got to do something about this, we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference.”

Maybe someone with no knowledge of history or access to libraries or the Internet will believe the revisionist history presented by the leftist Democrats…unless they wipe out history which they’d love to do. It’s about the only way the globalist communists will convince anyone at this point to believe their propaganda.

If Democrats want to end “systemic racism,” which they can never define nor prove, they need to start with themselves. Stop defining everything by race to retain power. They have no other solutions, and that’s their problem. All the communists want to do is tear this country down. Even then, they’ll still be miserable and unsatisfied.

I am so proud of all my fellow Americans who have fought this nonsense either on the ground at rallies or online. We are winning, and they are losing their minds. God bless each and every one of you and your families.

I think this latest bullshit over the Columbus cop is going to prove their bridge too far. I really feel their fauxtrage over that incident has revealed to many sheep on their side that they’ve no basis in reality.

I wish the historical arguments would work. In my experience, the dense are immune to it. Because I’ve been making those very arguments since my freshman year in college, and people on the other side simply will not listen.

And they simply lie. Mention that the southern democrats were the ones who championed Jim Crow, and they’ll tell you that every single racist southern Democrat became a Republican during Nixon’s administration. Demonstrate that every major Civil Rights law was pushed through by Republicans, and they simply deny it. Explain that it was a Republican President who deployed Federal Troops to protect civil rights against southern democrats, and they once again note that those southern democrats all magically became Republican. And, nowadays, show how less regulation empowers a more vibrant economy that benefits everyone of all races, and produced record setting levels of black and brown employment levels and listen to them lie about the numbers.

I haven’t given up the fight, and god knows I love to argue, but I have reached the point where I no longer waste time speaking at sheep. Or, as the ever-quotable Winston Churchill put it, never talk to the monkey when the organ grinder is in the room.
