Just for Bill, all those ‘drinking bird’ pumps start out pumping very fast. When you see one very lazily moving up and down then the pressure is low and the oil is almost gone.

I lived in Israel for a while. It was quite a few years ago so things may have changed but the way the Israelis viewed rock throwing was that rocks kill, and bullets kill, so if you throw rocks at us we’ll shoot bullets at you. Seems reasonable to me.

When you guys spoke about Israel being armed because of being surrounded by enemies, I could only think that’s a very good point about keeping the 2A and an armed citizenry. How can anybody feel safe without the means to defend yourself? Yes, I believe in my local police but I feel a lot more confident with my weapon by my side.

Patriot Act- Sets aside all of the Constitutional Rights of citizens. If this was the magic “word” used then the citizen has none of the rights/privileges/protections in the Constitution.. Think Guantanamo Bay…but for American citizens. No due process, no warrants needed, no lawyers, no phone calls, locked up without charges indefinitely, and no questions as to why, just a black hole, with no public oversight…. Yeah real “Patriotic” This was only supposed to be in effect for a very short period of time (6 Months) just to deal with the situation of 9/11…lasted years..then
Freedom Act- Renamed Patriot Act with some tweaks/changes (On going version—20 years combined and counting….) Yeah they will eventually give Americans back their unencumbered freedom……Just as soon as they end all the wars, like Afghanistan…
Right to Work State – Removed the need for Employers/Businesses/Corporations to have actual legally documented reasons for firing any and all employees without notice or legal repercussions. In other words they can fire any employee without having any way to fight back in the courts. Sold as right for employees to quit without notice…..Yeah employees already had that ability…but…..
Didn’t intend this to turn into rant, but “marketing” is definitely a tool for evil intentions….We could argue about details on these but the intent and consequences are neither good, nor beneficial to freedom of American citizens or employees.
The news that concerns me that no one talks about is the flare up of tensions between China and India especially considering India also has to deal with Pakistan and how that crisis could really trigger Nuclear War yet no major News Media is covering it at all and not even most alternative media bothers or understands enough to even comment. Fortunately there is some alternative Media that does like China Uncensored. Somewhere in this comment might be a germ of an idea or tactic moving forward.
