WHAT was just said?

Whether this is an intentional Orwellian enterprise of oligarchs that is geared towards the annihilation of much of the earth’s human population, or an act of divine retribution is difficult to discern. Every time that it appears that we are maybe, finally, beginning to get our heads around the scope and depth of this holocaust, there is always something deeper seething beneath the surface that crushes any hope of discernment. It would make a masterful movie plot. One that I would surely enjoy if not for the fact that we are all living it out.
