That is why there are also plus sizes for obese officers and NCO’s in many countries including the USA. No one cares if your fat or pregnant if you are flying a desk or a drone. If your fighting for your life defending the homeland base with unfit people then you botched your planning.
You need to do maternity and crèches if you want a profamily society and to halt population decline. Obesity is a medical problem, it nothing to do with diet and exercise, they are just symptoms, dozens of studies have proven that. Its beaten the military’s in a dozen countries.
