Born what way? What does that mean?
In context, we were referring to 1) people who experience same-sex attraction and claim that the attraction is unchangeable because they were “born that way”; 2) people who see being “born that way” as male or female as insignificant and changeable.
OK thanks. I was just asking. Thank you got the clarification. I am gay and I can tell you without a doubt that I did not choose to be. I was born a guy who is chemically, emotionally and physically attracted to other guys. However, I don’t believe it is possible to change your sex/gender no matter how hard you try or want to. A biologically male may wish he was a girl, but isn’t a girl and never will be. Biology is a stubborn reality. I believe me holding these two positions are biologically and philosophically consistent.
Excellent discussion, and CRUCIAL in this day and age for families who do not want their children to be destroyed by the public school leftists who “know what is best” for YOUR OWN children.
