The same corporate filings show that Chavez government minister, Omar Mantine (sp?) was on the board of Vista.
Chavez Venezuelan government gave Smartmatic, Vista and another company a $91 million contract to run voting machines for the 2004 election.
The next year, 2005, Smartmatic bought Sequoia, one of the top voting election systems in the United States
Smartmatic is a “labyrinth of international holding companies owned by Venezuelan businessmen”

states like Iowa have a 1:1 strict ratio of signed (felony penalty for fraud) voter eligibility cards and the number of votes, almost all of which are anonymous paper “fill in the oval” ballots. actual ballots and signed eligibility forms are kept for years for audit trail. fuck electronic voting machines. states that allow them are deliberately choosing to allow fraud.
