Hey Everyone,
I just recently purchased 17.3 acres of woods in the Smoky Mountains of Polk County, TN. its in a beautiful area and its the exact location I’ve always wanted! I plan to build a really nice house and then relocate there in 5-7 years. I got a really good deal and paid cash! The property is dense woodland, with parts of it quite steep in its topography. Still haven’t figures out how I am going to cut a driveway to the spot I picked out where I want my house. If anyone knows of any good driveway contractors or tree clearing professionals that would be able to help me plan and cut in my driveway that would be great! Thanks everyone!
