Environmental Holocaust in Ohio

The mainstream media doesn’t want to cover this, arguably the largest ecological disaster in our nation’s history. THIS is likely the story the White House DID NOT want the people to see, so they filled the news cycle with U.F.O. bullshit for the last week!  Did anyone hear anything about it when it happened?!  Outside the people living in the area, they did not.  And they burned the toxins from the train cars, creating a massive toxic cloud that covered miles, a cloud full of carcinogens:

The “experts” say it will not affect ground water, but it has killed off a LOT of fish in the rivers and streams in the area, so it has gotten into them and if it’s there it’s in the groundwater. This story is a BIG DEAL and the national media has yawned and turned away from it, THIS is likely the story the U.F.O. BS is distracting the country from. There will be far-reaching consequences for the area in OH and PA where this catastrophe happened, wait and see.

Wasn’t it Regan who said “The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the Government, and I’m here to help. ”

Anyway I’m really of the opinion that the jwhorenalist mainstream media can’t help but cover UFO’s and other nonsense while a major train derailment threatens an entire state minimum and several states likely. And can you blame them? I mean this is a REAL issue and the big network types just aren’t prepared for that kind of thing. I mean they are used to talking about Toms Cruise’s junk, how beautiful and brave the latest trans person is and made up global warming hoaxes. This issue would require real journalism and they just aren’t equipped for it since most major non local networks just hire sock puppets for news anchors. Brings up a few scary possibilities though.

1)     Is this so catastrophic that proper coverage would cause panic?

2)     Are most large news stations just that inept that they don’t see this as a story for some reason?

3)     Are these major networks so bought and paid for by Democrats that they can’t cover this?

4)     Are jwhorenalist outlets not able to cover this because there is not standard pre-canned message for it?

What I mean by #4 is every time a shooting happens for instance they blame white supremacy, lack of gun regulations, far right youtube and so on. But for an actual environmental disaster they don’t know who to blame, because there is no preplanned preapproved message for them to just start quoting that is already approved by the masters who own them.

I was aware of this wreck the day it happened but … I don’t watch any of the big mainstream news broadcasts/content. No one who seriously wants to know what’s going on should either. If that’s where they get their news then it’s not news they’re consuming, it’s propaganda.

There will always be an interest in consuming propaganda and that interest isn’t always due to a lack of character on the part of the people consuming it. Most people just don’t watch or care about current events enough to be bothered.

The major news providers know this all too well.

Back before the internet became a thing where information could be hunted rather than just dropped in my lap, I always watched the daily evening half hour national news broadcast that was available wherever I happened to be.

I wanted to know what’s going on in the world and that was the only source available.

A lot of people are still doing that. They tune in to the national news once a day, bracketed by local news broadcasts which in my experience most watch to catch up on the local gossip and the weather forecast.

Doing that doesn’t make them bad people though it does make them ignorant. The shame is not on those people, it’s on the major mainstream media outlets for trying to manipulate them.

Would that this were the first, 2nd or 297,655th time the media has yawned and ignored extremely important news. Why is it that the first question I’m moved to ask is “what is the voting trendline in Ohio?”? Because I think about that “possibility of explosion’ thing and wonder why they didn’t foam/airdrop on the spill.
Then again, until I heard about the fish/wildlife kill zones, I was wondering about the ‘carcinogen’ aspect, since there are carcinogen warnings on car batteries, soda pop and firewood bundles…
