Presentation on February 23, 2023 by Jacqueline Breger, principal forensic investigator for the law firm of Harris/Thaler. Thaler himself has 32 years’ worth of experience as an attorney. His specialty is exposing fraud and corruption in the public and private sector.
Over 120,000 documents reviewed by Thaler, Breger and their team.
The investigation into election fraud is not limited to the state of Arizona.
Assuming the extensive findings from Breger and Thaler are true (and there doesn’t appear to be much reason to doubt it), this is a game-changer. On a recent video, Scott was wondering how election fraud would be performed at such a level where an election would be stolen. He need look no further.
“Beginning in 2017 the access points have been used to change voter totals, and there on, election results. Illegal transfers have been made and provided to Runbeck and Jeff Ellington.
The phony deeds used in the scheme to move money to candidates are created by Brittany. For-profit and nonprofit PACs are also created by Brittany and used to move money for candidates.
During the ’22 election, ballot scanners, and printers at 70 precincts suffered changes to their printer settings, despite being tested the night before the election. The changes in those settings were made through computer infiltration, not manually or by some never before seen error.
The uncontrollable ballots were placed in box three and allegedly driven to Runbeck.
Witness information provided on October [20, 2022] confirms that more than 100,000 filled-in ballots and more than $13 million were identified by some of our investigators in two unmarked rental cars. These vans were loaded with the ballots and cash at a private residence in Mesa and driven to Runbeck’s office.
The Runbeck company, as you know, is operated by Robert Runbeck. We have found deeds for Runbeck and Ellington.“
In another instance, Thaler’s team found 25,000 ballots and a bunch of cash on October 26, 2020 in a residence rented by Dawna Rae Chavez, one of the prime perpetrators.

Mesa police department is involved in doing their dirty work…

Officers participating in this force are compensated with monies paid through phony mortgage schemes and other related schemes. Officers operating within this private force systemically violate our Fourth Amendment rights by breaking and entering into private properties, wiretapping, computer hacking, cell phone hacking, and by using related surveillance techniques without a warrant. Officers also plant evidence and hide exculpatory evidence.”

Phantom individuals in the Recorders Office with positions related to elections…
Former Secretary of State Adrian Fontes is involved. Maricopa County Recorders Office has at least five appointments made by Adrian Fontes, the county recorder from 2017 to 2021, who are phantoms, non-existent individuals. These phantom individuals hold positions related to election services.
Back doors to computer system installed by design…
Number of back doors installed by design in the county’s systems including the elections system. Fake college degrees, contractor licenses, real estate licenses…basically they could do whatever they liked including changing vote totals.
Bribed politicians & judges, real estate fraud and money laundering for the Sinaloa Cartel, attempted murder, putting innocent opponents of their system in prison and, of course, election rigging.
You name it. and they’ve done it. Tens of thousands of fraudulent ballots. 2022 and 2020 elections and before. Occurring for a number of years at least dating back to 2004.
The owner of the law firm, John Harris Thaler, has met with the FBI, IRS, the U.S. bankruptcy trustee and the attorneys general for five states. Former Gov. Doug Ducey was told in 2022 of the findings. Investigations are being conducted at the federal and state levels.
Thaler has already had SIX attempts made on his life. Kari Lake (not her daughter; Breger misspoke) has had her tires slashed apparently in a similar matter.
Judging by real estate deeds, it looks like current governor Katie Hobbs was bribed with a number of properties and possibly cash from refinancings.
The investigation has spanned several years, and without subpoena power, Thaler and Breger and their team could only do so much.
“To date, more than 10,000 falsified documents have been recorded with the Maricopa County Recorders Office. We estimate that more than 35,000 warranty deeds and trust deeds evidencing fraudulent transactions exist in the database. The number of falsified notarizations exceeds over 15,000.“

The judges in AZ keep throwing out Keri Lake’s claims, saying that they are speculation and don’t prove anything while the state insists that all votes were counted correctly. The judges seem to be willing to accept the state’s word without proof and won’t allow Lake to even try to prove her case.
Any insight on whether this new information will sway a judge into allowing the case to go forward?

* Mark Finchem is the MAGA candidate who ran for Arizona Secretary of State in 2022 and lost to Democrat Adrian Fontes while Katie Hobbs moved up to governor. Both Fontes and Hobbs are implicated in the election fraud. Fontes put phantom people in charge of election-related services in the Recorder’s Office. Hobbs collected bribes involving real estate transactions.
