Belarus to introduce chemical castration of pedophiles

My daughter, who is unsurprisingly moving right as she gets older, reacted to another story on a woman getting raped in a woman’s prison by a man self-identifying as a woman, that any man who wants to go to the woman’s prison should have to undergo at least chemical castration before moving.
Mrs. Ron was for using a small guillotine. (probably very small, Ronette chimed in!)
For pedophiles they both favor a garrote.
