Mark Levin correctly points out that the method for initiating impeachment starts with a vote in the House to start the impeachment proceedings. She can’t do this because it will mean that those who VOTE, as in provide a RECORD of their vote for impeachment, will harm their 2020 elections. The pretrial crap going on now has absolutely NO requirement by the Administration to response as it is not a legal request. Instead, the illegitimate media will spin it as interference/collusion/guilt.

Willy’s impeachment settled once and for all that fellatio is not sex or even aberrant behavior, but an exchange of pleasantries, like shaking hands. Lawyers are masters of language. The meaning of the word ‘sex’ has traditionally been connected to the act of procreation. By narrowing the meaning, Slick Willy did not have sex with Monica Lewinsky because their exchange of pleasantries made it impossible to procreate. Ejaculating outside a vagina is not an act of procreation, therefore, not sex. Unfortunately, John Q Public fell into this delusion trap, swallowing it hook, line and sinker, and ultimately trivialized the office of president. I hate lawyers, but people need to understand how they think.

The democrats would be serious about the Constitution, if they actually cared about the Constitution. In my opinion, this whole sudden phony impeachment BS is because Trump mentioned Crowdstrike in the phone call. The democrats are desperate to keep that under wraps, but I don’t think it’s going to work. Pelosi should remember the old military dictums:
No plan survives first contact with the enemy and the enemy gets a vote.
Brennan is going to be grilled, all of the Democrat corruption in Ukraine will ooze up to the surface, and the Crowdstrike information will be released. If you think the conservatives are mad at the democrats now, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
I don’t remember the Republican’s crying impeachment starting the first-day clinton was in office and every day since continuously.
And don’t forget, the special council investigating Clinton recommended indictments for perjury and obstruction of justice, unlike Speedy Bob Mueller. An interesting side note: Ken Starr’s deputy investigated the death of Vince Foster. That guy’s name was (wait for it) Brett Kavanaugh.

Steve, agree w/ you re Nancy’s game plan. But she doesn’t have the political mojo or alacrity she did in the 2000s and the Squad is the most motivated energized foe she’s ever faced.
I think the thought process Wed morn Nov. ’16 was; can we find more votes, can we swing the electors, Impeach!
