Some prosecutor on the Stone case stuck his head in the door while Barr was in a meeting and Barr said he thought the person understood what he wanted. Excuse me, but either he wasn’t very clear when he previously talked with the lawyers or he doesn’t know the black hats from the white hats. Saying that Trump was making his job impossible was a tell. Barr’s not going to be the one to get “the job” done and he knows it.

The DOJ is nearly four years overdue for a complete turnover of personnel. There is nothing stopping Trump from firing every person in every agency and department who worked under the Obama administration. Yes, including all the ones who worked for the last Republican administration.
Then when they’re all gone, he can abolish the federal employee unions. Oh, and hire replacements at a ratio of about half, maybe even one third. That is how you drain the dang swamp.

Trumps tweets are not errors but are all tactical and strategic. This is not one man being random but a team with carefully planned operation. Dan Scavino the White House Director of Social Media is involved.

Others are involved including Sessions and Barr. The Dem’s were about to impeach Barr and with one tweet and a reply that’s off the table for a week our two. Trump did this with Flynn; it did not work as well. He did it with Sessions and it worked perfectly. There are cases with Tillerson who was about to be subpoenaed and with a tweet that was off. This is tactical. This is what some of us call 5D chess.

His outlandish tweets have another function. When key banking legislation was being debated Trump tweeted all sorts of things that got everyone up in arms. Banking lobbyists complained afterwards that they found the Democrat politicians uncontactable. The politicians were all over CNN and MSMBC making them impossible for the lobbyist to contact them before the vote the legislation went through almost unopposed by Pelosi. Trump has done this with a dozen key polices of legislation mostly in 2017. It is less effective now.

Trumps tweet about due process and gun laws got people talking about the problem for days. If he had backed the gun groups it would have been a news report fore an hour or two. It also split the democrats because if Trump backs something some automatically vote against it. So by backing things that the Dem’s advocated it caused huge arguments in the democrat parties meeting rooms in congress. It also activated the gun lobby groups like a bomb. They stopped resting on their laurels.

His tweets about democrat candidates get them charging before thy are ready. Energises his base and makes people aware that this is a battle to the death. We have played fair with the left and been beaten for decades because we are expecting Roberts rules of order in a pub brawl.

Some of his stranger tweets have spelling errors. These are proofs of Q; i.e. Q anon. Q posts the message on the chan board and then within minutes or seconds Trump makes a statement. Often related with key letters capitalised. Sometimes the time interval is gown to a few seconds. They hit Zero once but the say that was a fluke. If it was Q following Trump its meaningless but Q posting a picture seconds before Trump posts the same picture is significant. Someone asked Trump to say tippy top and he said tippy top at the White House Easter egg roll.

When the command structure is comprised you build a parallel communication structure.

This was partly planned out years ago. People on the team are willing to go to jail to divert attacks from Trump. Some have.

Why has McCabe walked this week. Because they cant find a Washington DC jury or Grand Jury that will convict an obvious Democrat operative. Trump is in a battle he needs to communicate the magnitude of how corrupt it is. The 4 Lawyers that quit the Stone case were almost invisible last month. A few knew they had been Muller staff but that’s all. Trumps had people put them into places where they will get over confident and his tweets keep them so provoked that can’t think strait and provoke themselves.

We now know is 70 % of the NSC; over 3000 in the DOJ and FBI; Prosecutors, judges; Defence lawyers not doing a proper defence; millions of government programmers, filing clerks and bureaucrats across Washington DC.

If Trump stopped tweeting last year would we have known that/
Trump tweets are not unforced errors they forcing the Foe to make unforced errors.

I agree that this was an unforced error but I too am willing to pay this price. At so many levels, it just doesn’t matter. If he hadn’t said that, the media would be all over him for something else. It didn’t change anyone’s minds and it didn’t change the outcome. Yes, it looked bad, but as I said elsewhere today, he’s Getting Stuff Done while making the left’s heads explode and keeping them all focused on trivialities that they cannot resist.

(Insert Klavan’s “Trump Happiness Montage” here.)

When Bill mentioned voting for McCain and Romney… A lot of people regret those votes now, I have heard many say they only voted for them because the alternative was unacceptable. I don’t believe most of them. I voted for them and at the time I was behind them not simply because of who the democrat was – what has changed is Trump (the Bull) as Bill calls him – We have someone who actually fights and does not take crap which in hindsight makes McCain and Romney look outright weak. I often wish Trump would have a bit of Reagan in him when it comes to speaking but I would not trade that for the fight and tenacity Trump has, not in a million years – McCain or Romney would have caved 100 times under 1/100th the pressure so Bill nails it with – He is a Bull, but he is our Bull.

Trumps tweets are a “Squirrel!” to the left. The Ulysses S Grant analogy is out of date. There’s a much better contemporary analogy for keeping Trump in office. Lying under oath about a personal indiscretion got Bill Clinton impeached but not removed because his performance as president surpassed his sexual predilections (i.e. morals). B Hussein O was not “5 days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” The transformation occurred over the previous 5 generations and Slick Willy solidified it. Trump was impeached for daring to ask the Ukraine president to investigate possible corruption by Joe and Hunter Biden. Who doesn’t want to fight corruption at the highest levels? Trump did what I wanted him to do. The one thing that will hurt Trump the most is if he doesn’t pardon Roger Stone.

Agree with a lot of your points on this Bill. Dan Bongino had some interesting comments on this tweet and Barr’s reaction on his show yesterday that present a little different twist.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWmrzhU1zXs

At about 2m 50 sec mark he mentions the tweet then the rest of the show up until the 29m mark he goes through a lot of the details he has been going over for a couple years and at the 29m mark starts in to coming events and the spins being passed to the media through names and events ending up with the reference to the tweet and Barr’s comments at the tweet at around 42m 30sec.

Bill, I disagree with you on this one. I am sick and tired of things happening that shouldn’t and things not happening that should.

Barr has been sitting on countless painfully obvious federal crimes that are as much as 4 years old and more. He has done absolutely nothing visible about them. As near as I can tell, the DOJ is still the Just Us Department and not the Justice Department. It is still bogged down with deep state holdovers and needs a major house cleaning. Barr does not appear to be up to the job. I don’t know that there is anyone who is.

As it is, if you are a Democrat you can get away with murder if you simply apologize. If you are a Republican, you can be indited, convicted, and sentenced totally without evidence or due process simply based upon an evidence free accusation. THIS is not Justice, it is the antithesis of Justice.

If not Justice now, WHEN? Looks to me it is going to be the 12 of never.

I don’t know if Barr is up to the job or not but I can pretty much say with high confidence, if at least some of the people who are floating around in DC who have been part of this “Deep State” cabal are not brought to justice it wont matter who is elected president when Trump is done (hopefully 2024 and he can continue to hold them off) the media and the democrats will bring this country down. It may already be too late with the media having gone full commie. If legit charges are brought against key players (which NEEDS to be done in my opinion) and the media contends that it is nothing more than politics it is going to take this country places we have not been since the civil war.

Barr has to prosecute in DC and DC juries wont convict Democrat operative. That is why McCabe walked and Flynn didn’t. Barr also can’t sack thousands from the DOJ/FBI. The rest would strike. It would trigger an impeachment vote on Barr. The result may go Barr’s way but during the battle other things will not get done.

I think Trump and team are using a tactic to find the bad eggs by putting a bad egg in a key position or on a key case and see who they recruit as their team and who takes a stand against them for justice. If you can’t find a good guy find a very bad guy to smoke out the other bad guys. Its not a new tactic.

Barr also can’t sack thousands from the DOJ/FBI.

But the president can and should ASAP! In fact it should have been done day 2 of his administration at least down to seven levels deep into the muddle management structure of the entire alphabet soup of our current government.

What good is a Justice Department that can’t/won’t deliver Justice? It is worse than worthless and is seriously damaging to the Republic. It is itself illegitimate and in violation of the Constitution. We would be better off without that kind of Just Us Department.

Liberty and individual rights are not free. Yet, they are a fundamental requirement for humans living and thriving on earth. Many have paid the ultimate price to preserve them. Are we to give all that up without a fight simply because it is inconvenient and we would have to oppose those who want to be tyrants? If you want to live and thrive, you have no choice but to oppose them.

Mr AG, arrest someone.

Barr’s plea would carry more weight if, at the same time, the DOJ didn’t announce it would decline to prosecute McCabe for lying to investigators.
