Stalin Killed People.

Stalin killed his competition. That seems important to me now.

I’ve been noticing the mirthless, merciless, thoughtless, ignorance of the people clouded by the cancel culture mentality. They savagely seek out those that disagree. They root out those that do not appear as committed to the lie as they are. They hunt down those guilty of the slightest dissent. They go in for the kill in every instance. While this is not necessarily a new phenomenon in this world, I cannot recall this kind of hatred in my lifetime. Not on this scale. Not is this many people.

They cannot let other people, other ideas exist. It just is not in them. They will carry this to bloodshed. They already have. Throughout the summer we saw innocent people victimized without reason or mercy. Groups of salivating blood hunters damaged property, scared passers-by and attacked (sometimes killing) victims.

I guess I am slow on the uptake. It just hit me. It was a chilling thought.

Stalin killed his competition. He did not need to worry about competitors. I believe the reason that he killed intelligent people, thoughtful people was to minimize the risk that someone with clear logic connected with human affection would reason that murder is wrong. I believe Stalin feared that, somehow, somewhere, someday a thoughtful person would find his way to giving mercy and show the people of Russia that bloody hands are not the sign of a powerful person. Sometimes extended hands of mercy are, though.

I do not see this mercilessness tapering off. It seems to be a hunger that does not diminish with more victims. I wish I knew how to get through to those people that are doing this. This will not end well for any of us.

Truly! You are absolutely correct! The Chinese fall was a horrifying venture into the same bloodthirstiness. They went miles beyond where we are now. I hope that remains the case.
That said, I was not thorough in my conveying the message above. I meant in the United States.

You’re certainly correct about the United States. “Everyone is entitled to his opinion,” used to be a common expression. Fair guess that it’s been a long time since you’ve heard anyone say that. I happened to come across this sentence today: “Thus, the Bolshevik and German wills aligned. Lenin had to go to Russia, where he and his communists could do what they did best: sow discord, fan hate, dish propaganda, and foment rebellion.” [My emphasis added.] https://providencemag.com/2018/03/devil-boxcar-unleashed-lenin/
Sounds sadly relevant, huh? As to your hopes of trying to reason with those “people who are doing this,” can such a thing even be possible considering that they see taking us back to Russia in 1917 as progress?

I imagine the far left hordes are comprised of all the people who never got over being bullies in school, never made the team through no fault of their own, weren’t a part of the “in” crowd in school, home life sucked, they were poor and resent every person who has even a little more than themselves, had few friends, never got quality time with parents, and on and on.
All these sociopathic, attention craving, passive-aggressive, psychopathic people found “leaders” and “causes” through their “education” and “professors/teachers” and social media.
Finally! A way to be somebody without having to work for it. A way to “pay back” all those people who ignored them or treated them poorly. A way to even the money disparity. A way to fit in. A cause!
How do we bring together different racial groups for the same cause of socialism? We train them to believe they are oppressed, hated, hunted, etc. by a certain group or “the system”. It’s not your fault. It’s systemic oppression and racism. We wear them down decade after decade. We make it a part of their culture to believe they are treated unfairly by a system of slavery and capitalism.
It’s not your fault you don’t have a job or want to work. Not your fault you have 4 children from 5 different fathers. Nothing is your fault. You are on the side of right and justice. You must overthrow this monster that has kept you down all your life!
You are on the right side of history! Vanquish the evil that has made your life so miserable! Then you’ll be able to live the virtuous and prosperous life you’ve always dreamed about!

The sheer ubiquity of constant exposure through social media platforms gives the cancel culture SJW Woke the attention they crave. It also serves to display their imagined virtuous superiority. Hatred, envy, jealousy and pride is what drives them. An enemy, real or imagined, is as necessary as the air they breathe. A number of factors have coalesced to create these empty vessels in whom lies, vitriol and manipulation can be poured giving rise to a seething mass of poison: single mother, fatherless homes, ceaseless indoctrination in the classroom, lack of moral training and the allure of “daddy government”, and the excuse of victimhood creates self-hatred, narcissism. and fear disguised as bluster and bravado and fueled by hate. Lost and doomed souls, without hope of salvation, but pray for them anyway.

I call them the Zombie Horde.

This kind of behavior is self destructive in the long run, but we can’t wait for that to happen because we all will more than likely be dead. We have to find a way to make them turn upon themselves to hasten the process. I hope Schumer is on Epstein’s flight logs! What can we find on Pelosi?

Stalin killed off most of his generals and almost lost to the Nazis because of it. The only reason his remaining command structure survived was the fear of death if they failed. That’s why his generals fought on the front lines with their soldiers. They would either die fighting or die by being recalled. I think I’d rather die fighting than be shot for failing.

That is a rare and noble sentiment, David. Most people today want to die on their knees pleading for another breathe.
Not me. I agree with your words, fully.
