17 States join Texas in Suing Key States over Election Law Violations

While it’s not mentioned in the posted video, it would appear that 17 States have joined Texas in a direct appeal to SCOTUS that 4 key swing States – Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia, violated the laws, State Constitutions, and Federal Constitution regarding the election.

The opening statement for their complaint was one of brilliance:
“‘[T]hat form of government which is best contrived to secure an impartial and exact execution of the law, is the best of republics.’ -John Adams

“Our Country stands at an important crossroads. Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former.”
