Mini AOC was a parody of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter. Her parents shut it down after being doxxed and receiving death threats. It’s a shame, but it was bound to turn out badly given the nature of the left.

That’s a shame. I hope someone else steps up to fill the gap. AOC needs to be relentlessly mocked, and called out on all her lies. Remember the good old days when SNL would have destroyed her every single week?
I don’t think it would work with an adult and putting kids in the path of the psychotic loons of the left isn’t a good idea.
Agree is was too bad to lose her but RG is right about putting kids in the path of psychopaths is no a good idea. These people are relentless on line and are getting physical in public. Laura you are right. When SNL was funny they would have never stopped. The skits would have written themselves and the writers could have taken a vacation.
Gilda Radnor or Victoria Hamilton. It would’ve been so fun! They could even set her up opposite Trump, a mock debate, pretend she’s really the one who’s running for president. (Though please note I haven’t watched any of the SNL Trump mocking and I’ve heard it’s mean spirited, not funny. My idea is to have it done with a previous cast when it would have been funny.)
Good point about the kids, but it is a perfect example of the left shutting people up. They’re calling for laws to make it illegal to make fun of members of Congress now! I disagree though that an adult couldn’t do it. It wouldn’t be the same, but that would be true no matter who it was.
