it’s all breathless enthusiasm and cgi until someone commits to spending money on launches. Frankly i don’t believe there’s a market for this unless the price goes way down to launch. No low or zero gravity manufacturing has yet proven to be worth investing in anything more than experimental labs so far. Only reason to go as of now i see is short term tourism for multi-millionaires, and there’s thus no need for a complex ring structure for long stays.
