If it was actually done, they could all stay at the UFO Hotel
I am betting that some of these businesses owners will figure out a way to make enough money to retire after this event if it really happens. They should make sure they work out the details and get people lined up with contingencies in advance. Parking, camping, tons on potable water, food snacks. Rachel is ~25-35 mi across the mtn from the base and if you think this through it could be a gold mine for anyone living there.
If they keep it to the festival and don’t try to rush the military base more power to them. I hope they have a great time and clean up after themselves once it’s over.
