Today we lost Sir Roger Scruton, one of the most significant conservative thinkers of the last few decades. A gentleman, thinker, anti-Communist activist, huntsman, writer, modern traditionalist, a friend to freedom and true Englishman.
Tonight we are poorer, we have lost a remarkable man. Sir Roger left us many works to think upon, the best way to pay tribute to him is to learn from him and put his words to work.

This is what I have eluded to in a few other posts. I must admit that I have/had no idea who this gentleman is/was, but because of this posting, I will very likely find his writings and procure some. Why, you ask ? Because it was posted here at BW.com. I trust and respect the other members and their ideas and info… Thank you and looking forward to learning about Mr. Scruton…
