Well, I said I would do a short note on the judicial system. I’m going to keep it very brief…. For the life of me, I do not and can not understand how a single judge in Bullwanker Oregon can shut anything down across the entire nation just because they have the same agenda as those appearing before them ?! And “shopping” for a judge should be totally out of the question and prohibited. (Had some folks try that here and both judges landed pretty hard on them)… I can understand a judge putting the skids on something within their jurisdiction, but that’s it…. I really don’t give a “Hootin’ Hell” what some judge in Bullwanker, OR. thinks or believes…. They are OR. problem, not mine… It seems as if the Judiciary in this country has gone from being one of the three branches of gov’t to two — judiciary and legislative… they seem to have no qualms about making law (or stomping on one) from the bench…. I happen to like my local judges. They are honest and fair (to the best of my knowledge) and I give them the benefit of the doubt…. I have known them quite a while, worked with them and seen them in action… Actually I wish more (especially Federal) judges were like them…. Wife just called and is headed home..
