Critical Infrastructure

Looks like Gov. Newsom referenced this in his order.

The tad bit of humor I can share (Since Wisconsin isn’t totally nuts yet) was something I saw elsewhere…

This too will pass. Might pass like a kidney stone, but it will pass.

What a complete and total fuckwit newsom is. Totally irresponsible to not give at least 24 hours notice before declaring a shutdown. I hope as many people defy it as possible. I’m going out this morning to see if any stores are open. I still need stuff

Well yeah, the majority of politicians fall into that category. I get the impression that they’ve started competing to be the most proactive and aggressive without considering the consequences.

If it’s groceries, those stores should still be open, assuming the employees show up and management doesn’t close them. I don’t see how they can not be considered critical infrastructure.

i just came back from the 99cent store. The line into trader joe’s was 150 yards long but people are keeping more distance between each other now.

Good that stores are still open. On the other hand, yikes! 150 yard long lines.

and lo and behold, shelves in almost every section of Traders were full. Hopefully Trump and/or newsom don’t declare a total lock down. I can put up with Soviet-style shopping if I really have to
