A LARPer’s Lament

I’ve been reading various Kenosha related articles and came across this one from back in July

https://spectator.org/a-larpers-lament-in-austin/

where the author makes the same observation Bill did in a BW NOW episode I think (might have been his Right Angle)

He makes the same point in his article about Kenosha I read (and which lead me to this older article:

Yet what happened to Garrett Foster was bound to happen to someone, because too many Americans, particularly among the participants in the make-believe revolution, haven’t learned a real lesson yet.

Which is that people get killed in a revolution.

Point a gun at the driver of a car you’re blocking in on a city street, after footage of drivers being pulled out of cars and beaten in similar circumstances is everywhere on the internet, and you will be one of the lives claimed in that revolution.

Stupid lives don’t matter. Not when those lives are risked so irresponsibly.

I suppose this could be the real case of what they claimed about kids playing video games: they don’t know what is real and don’t understand that dead is dead. I suspect there is also a lot of false courage in people thinking that the sheeple won’t shoot back because they haven’t so far, and do not realize they’re in the corner now and their victims can’t back up or turn away.
