Chris Stirewalt, the mouth behind the FoxNews ‘Decision Desk’, delayed calling major states for President Trump on election night. Was it part of this Democrat donor’s voter-suppression effort, discouraging Republicans from showing up where the polls were still open.

The election was about the “fundamental transformation of America.” The Party of INSANITY and ANTI-Americanism, Democratic Socialism (OXYMORON) is a DIRECT threat to the REPUBLIC and We, the People, 70 MILLION Americans.
This COUP must be stopped, period.
President Trump stand with 70 MILLION Americans who legally voiced their citizenship RIGHT through the ballot. Yet, as has become abundantly clear, the Democratic Socialist (OXYMORON), FakeNEWS and the Gaggle known as The NEW Democratic Socialist (OXYMORON) with ever GREATER emphasis on MORON is now most definitely ventured into the IDIOT category and completely jumped over Neurotic into a deep state of Psychosis Party. The Party has finally lost their handle on SANITY. The Party of INSANITY is even becoming MORE INSANE in word and deed are ALL working together and have been working together to FRAUDULENTLY Steal an election through a variety of efforts to make the harris-biden ticket the “winner.” This attempt has disenfranchised EVERY Legal vote cast from BOTH Political Parties. It has redefined DISHONESTY, VIRTUE, and the Rule of Law (the US Constitution sUpreme law if the Land into a FARCE of Epic portions.
President Trump is still in the Fight and will not concede nor should he until the Supreme Court has done its job. ALL the OPTIONS have not been played out to date.
In conclusion, I would ask a simple and very direct question for those who did vote for harrias-biden and consider themselves Democrats and Democratic Socialists (OXYMORON): HOW? is it possible to call for UNITY, a coming together of BOTH Parties while it is still promoting finger pointing and Blame?
I would then contend that when THE CASE comes before the US Supreme Court regarding the numerous possible IRREGULARITIES, and Possible Fraud that each Justice remember the Oath that they took which states: “I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States; and that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
IF? the 9 Justices do not uphold their Oath then I believe that the Supreme Court will become a NOTHING Court that will LACK any Honor, Virtue, Respect and finally giving up ALL its Authority as established in the Constitution.. These men and women on the Court MUST put aside personal BIASES and Party affiliations and HONOR their OATH.
HOW? will America survive as a CONSTITUTIONAL Representative REPUBLIC when the HIGHEST Court in the Land refuses to uphold their OATH of Office? HOW? can We, the People have ANY faith in our Institutions when the SUPREME LAW of the Land is completely discarded and thus becomes irrelevant? The BIG result and subsequent consequences BOTH intended and unintended will be a rudderless Republic that DIRECTLY sanctioned LAWLESSNESS and the CONTINUOUS Deception and Malfeasance of a Political Party.
VOTE, VOTE, VOTE. It doesn’t matter where you are just get your butt out and VOTE.
I didn’t have the time to pay attention to politics until I retired 5 years ago. In just that short amount of time, even I (a deplorable) could see them changing sides. It’s maddening to know that “fair and balanced” no longer means any-thing to any of the mainstream anymore.TUCKER, HANNITY, INGRAHM,and GUTFELD need to start their own service and clean their clocks. Has any one else noticed how happy all those losers are every time they think they’re giving us bad news. So much for being “non-biased”.
I don’t think that the presence of Paul Ryan on the Board of Directors of Fox can be underestimated. In September 2019 Tony Lee from Breitbart noted, and I quote: “Ryan, the longtime Trump antagonist, has reportedly been suggesting to Murdoch that ‘Fox should decisively break with the president’ as Murdoch holds ‘strategy conversations with Fox executives and anchors about how Fox News should prepare for life after Trump.’ “
This Ryan effect was certainly not the earliest sabotage. Rush noted in 2012 that the “fair and balanced” mantra and the conservative underpinnings of Fox were withering, dithering and slithering away almost a decade ago.
What we saw on election night has been a long time coming. It has now hit us squarely in the face.
Don’t bother with Fox (except for Tucker). Check out Newsmax.
Fox election reporting’s “Decision Desk” was simply doing what it was being paid to do ….. help steal the election for the Demorats!!!
I thought that at one time FOX had a motto of Fair and Balanced.
That was when Roger Ailes was CEO. Many years ago.
Yes and they gave it up and moved to the dark side. Google had “Do no evil” as a motto. Now they do only evil.
Has anyone watched the WGN programming. They were going to try straight news. I don’t want a “conservative” bias news program, I want a news program that gives facts, not opinions.
Where would I find WGN?
yea, where can I find it in Orange County? Cox Cable?
The thing that gets me is that, if Joe pulls this out, our next two Presidents are people nobody would actually vote for. Joe’s the perennial candidate who never made it outta the pack in the multiple primaries he ran in. This year he had to have the decks cleared for him cause Bernie was the obvious fan favorite. And Kamala never polled better than a percent or two, WITH DEMOCRATS, until Tulsi tore her apart like a rabid weasel and Heels Up crashed and burned.
I remember there being a brouhaha in the 70s or 80s about calling the election or any given state before the polls closed. It seems like I recall that for a few elections after that, they were more scrupulous about not calling states or elections until the polls closed on the west coast, but I could be misremembering. In any case, it doesn’t just date to the 2000 election; it’s been a problem since network news was broadcast. It’s likely been a problem since the invention of the telegraph.
I can’t think of a way to solve this, unless it’s to shut down the internet, and probably power and phones too, for 36 hours starting at about 6am on election day. And without power, we’d have to go back to paper ballots! Hey, I like this idea!
Also, as I said elsewhere, Stirewalt has been at Fox at least since the 2012 election, when he explained with the same confidence why they were calling the election for Obama. So it’s not like they just hired him last week to do this job. He had it when the old management was still in charge.
Not that I’m defending him, or Fox News. I cut the cable years ago.
I never watch any TV news. Haven’t for nearly two decades. I stopped watching Fox because Bill O’Reilly made me notice how the hosts of network news talk shows, all of them everywhere, never let guests speak without cutting them off and monopolizing the “conversation.” O’Reilly’s tag line, “I’ll give you the last word,” is a lie.
However, I did have Fox’s election coverage on last night for about half an hour, muted with captions on while I watched The Daily Wire’s coverage. At one point, Donna Brazil’s appeared on the screen and I immediately thought, “Since when does Fox allow the woman who gave debate questions to Hillary Clinton to appear on their network?” My computer was bogging down anyway with three channels, a live electoral map, and BillWhittle.com up, so I closed Fox’s window. (And CNN’s. Wasn’t paying attention to them anyway.)
I heard some noise over the course of the night about Fox making odd calls on the states but I didn’t give it any thought. Brazile’s appearance there was surprising enough for me to get that Fox had changed from the days of the lovely Kiran Chetney, when they were making a name for themselves during the Bush election and the Iraq war.
I can’t find a reliable news source. There are innumerable opinion sources but none at the national level that just does reporting. I had to dig for and then read a report from some local TV news somewhere to get facts about the court decision in California that slapped down Gavin Newsom’s abuse of his emergency powers. There was another recent story® (which I can’t remember) where Politico, of all places, had an actual news article about it. I only went there out of desperation.
If there’s anyone reading this who knows where I can get plain, simple news, please let me know. I love it here but the mission is not mere reporting but actively defending against the encroaching left. That’s fine because that’s the stated purpose. But I also just want some goddamn news!
The sad thing about Brazile is it wasn’t just a random appearance, she is a full fledged correspondent at Fox and is on all the time. During the Presidential/Vice Presidential debates they even had her as the main democrat discussing the debate, the woman who leaked debate questions to Hillary. Fox hosts complained about her leaking the questions all the time but since they hired her there hasn’t been one peep about it. Hiring her was a big sign Fox is going downhill.
I watched a bit of Fox last night and I just hated their split screen with the ‘fake’ election polling. I’m going to email them and tell them so!
Not that it will make much difference. The so called MSM has been off my reading list for the better part of two decades. CNN even longer. Now Fox News is off my list of things to read. They are ALL corrupt and don’t give a damn what is true. All that is important is the narrative, the sacred narrative. All else falls by the wayside. I am done with the whole bunch!
Yes, but…
The question Steve poses is not what ‘we’ are going to do, we who already mistrust MSM – Fox included.
The real question is, what are the people – the ‘low information viewers’ – the people who were still watching Fox, and more broadly, still have ‘cable TV’ (Dish types included), what are these people going to do?
If we see a mass cutting of the cable cord (metaphorically speaking), we will not immediately see a decline in these MSM entities, because they are still being ‘subsidized’ by other sources of funds. I think we will see a slow decline of MSM (we’ve actually been watching that for a good many years).
But we are seeing a major increase in membership-driven independent media, as people realize that they perhaps can and should trust them.
This will drive down the influence of the MSM.
We’ve already kind of seen that happen w/ this election in all the ‘Trump’ trains and protests (aka, rallies) and convoys.
It remains to be seen how all this plays out…
The “low information viewers” deserve the hell the insane left of left is going to deliver to them. It is THEIR responsibility to become informed voters. They have defaulted on that responsibility so they have earned what they are going to get. As far as I am concerned they can burn in hell forever along with the cooperative Republicans and Democrats. This is the only justice we are likely going to get out of this election mess.
I don’t agree with you that
They’ve been duped for years, I agree… they’ve been persuaded, going with the flow of social persuasion, they don’t even know that they’ve been duped… but, I think they may finally be starting to see the light.
What they do see, and this much was obvious even before the election, is that Trump doesn’t consider them dupes, deplorables, morons that need to be led by the string of MSM.
We are not the elite, because we’ve seen the light way before them. Elites look down on people as lesser minds… example, HRC. We see ‘low information viewers’ as fellow citizens, who need to be shown some light so that they crave more.
Darkness to light. The Great Awakening.
It is their default on thinking that causes their willful ignorance. They are totally responsible for that default. The only way they will become educated is to meet the error of their ways face front spread eagle. If they survive that meeting they might learn something. Otherwise they are not worth my time and effort.
Just because I do have a superior mind (top 0.01%) and have worked a lifetime to train it well does not mean I must spend my life training those who don’t wish to be trained.
They are NOT my brothers and I am NOT my brothers keeper. That job belongs to them. I do not live for them nor do I ask they live for me.
That your religion might teach you differently is not my concern. If you want to fall for that ancient scam, be my guest. I have discarded that garbage a major fraction of a life time ago.
