Like you, I found this video so credible that I began to share the link. It didn’t take long for my Lefty friends to counter with the Aussie refuting it. I would like to see Dr. Shiva step forward with modified version of his presentation that reinforces his conclusions and satisfies the doubts posed by this challenge to his findings.

I see that Nathan Mead has referenced the same video I did.

Long time member and watch you, Scott and Steve several times per week. Great content. I’ve watched both your video and and Dr. Shiva 2 times and was really pleased and ramped up. Then I found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aokNwKx7gM8 Not being a mathematician or familiar with charts I cannot confirm either this video or Dr. Shiva’s. I remember wondering why Dr. Shiva DID NOT show any charts on Joe Biden’s vote for the same precincts. The above video shows that the charts for Trump and Biden look virtually the same.
Please check out the video before you do your second FireWall as you mentioned how important to you to have it right.

What isnt shown is how many people as a % voted party line. My take away was that people that dont vote party line are more likely to vote a mixed ticket. In a very polarized election i would think that the stronger the party line voter, the more likely the mixed ticket voter is that much more likely the to be a never trump republican voter.

My thought is this analysis is very flawed. They make a claim of time being shown in the graph that isnt shown.

One point of interest is that the way they show the data, the mail in vote was basically same as in person vote. But what they are showing in fact is that the republican mail in voter behaved the same as the in person voter.

The statistics are very missleading. What matters is the counting of votes and the transparency of the counting process. Be careful which hill you choose to die on. Know your facts. Dont take the bait and parrot others.

I disagree on there being many disgruntled Republican voters especially when enthusiasm for GOP now than when Republicans had both the house and ther Senate. There are just no secret Democrats that are registered Republican, but the opposite is true to an incomparable margin. There is social stigma for being openly conservative in MANY large US cities and I can tell you that a Republican voter, even disgruntled, would not throw their vote to a communist. They would tip the scale, if even regrettably, to a Republican vote as a personal assurance against socialism. I don’t think you are reading the social climate very well. The statistics make some assumptions, but Republicans voting against their party this year uniformly across the country is very odd indeed. The historic turn out, the various ballot discrepancies and poll watching issues.. This is not something you should dismiss. Why should the polling machine be connected to the internet? This alone is a red flag.

I think it’s not that the Republican is throwing his vote to Biden. It’s that the Republicans are going straight ballot in heavy Republican precincts, leaving less of them to be part of the pool of mixed ballot voters. Admittedly, I don’t have the raw data to back up that perspective, it just seems intuitively to be the case and I think Shiva misses this consideration.

I unfortunately also find the presentation unconvincing. I don’t agree with the “normal case” assumption. Let’s say you have a very Republican precinct, where 80% of the straight ticket votes are for Trump. As others point out, the ratio of mixed ballots to straight ticket ballots is an important consideration and I’m not privy to that information. But wouldn’t it be rare for a Republican in such a precinct to not go straight ticket and to split their ballot to pick one or more Democrats down the ticket? Wouldn’t that likelihood become less, the more Republican a precinct is? Therefore, Trump getting say only 54% of the split ticket ballots in this precinct doesn’t seem very contentious.
The way for Shiva to prove his case is to find ANY states (presumably with different software or tallying practices) where precincts could be plotted that don’t follow this type of pattern. This would show it to be anomalous in Michigan. Wayne County doesn’t count because it lacks the Republican presence (note the x-axis on that chart) required to show the pattern (nothing to plot out on the far right).
Also, the raw data for split ballots and mixed ballots would help make more sound interpretations. Sorry if I’m stating things mentioned in other rebuttals. I haven’t watched them yet.
I’m afraid I would recommend dissociating from this presentation unless it gets an overhaul with more revelatory comparisons and follows more sound logic. I am still appreciating the spirit of statistical analysis to try to detect fraudulent practices.

It is good to follow all the discussions with that level of reservation and level headed thinking. More has come to light, and I sure wish the information was presented with this same kind of spirit. There is still the question of strong Republican counties showing high levels of irregularities. I’m behind on the videos, but thank you for the reply. We need more discussion and information.

He didn’t address the ‘hand counted’ chart, but definitely addressed why and where they (most likely) screwed up in their calculations.
Hate to say that the ‘smoking gun’ isn’t something I’d probably hang my hat on for proof, but I’d like to see them rebut his assertions.

I notice he never addressed Wayne County. Rebuttals are fine. It’s good data or he is FOS. That is what we are for. Finding the truth. So we’ll see.

Also, he says he doesn’t trust anyone with his own book behind him on the shelf, and later has 2 books of his own on the shelf behind him. Which signifies nothing data wise except that he knows how to step in his own crap.

If you watch all of the vid, he slowly adds his own book to the bookcase, up to 7 copies. It was a joke.

Hate to say it, but I agree

Watched this TSL twice (as well as Dr. Shiva’s video) and am still digesting the implications. I am not a statistician, but this sure looks like evidence of algorithmically modified data. If so, they were so confident there would be no [media support for an] investigation that they took the easy way, applied a pretty obvious linear tweak, and didn’t bother trying to cover their tracks with anything more complicated. I look forward to your boiled-down simplified explanation for a wider audience, as I think that will be very much needed and of benefit — especially with “mainstream” press outlets all shouting as loud as they can that the election was completely fair, there is no evidence whatsoever of fraud, and only you loony conspiracy theorists believe that kind of stuff!

Its a great video, I wish the reference video wasn’t by such a controversial figure though. Not saying his math or findings are bad, but he certainly wouldn’t be my first choice as the person to bring this information forward.
What are the possibilities of grabbing one of these machines, air-gapping it so they can’t change/roll back code and do some tests? Feed the thing 100k known ballots in various ratios and see if the results that they are seeing and saying happened in these counties/districts. really happened.
How about analyzing additional data/counties/states? 4 counties in MI is good, but we should be able to analyze every single states results. I know another data analysts gofundme to acquire the additional data was shutdown, but shouldnt that data be in the public domain?

Gaslighting doesn’t even begin to describe what’s going on in the media right now. It’s almost laughable how brazen and blatant the lying is, but the sad truth is a huge portion of the population will see the headline and believe it. Once they believe it, it becomes nearly impossible to make them realize they’ve been lied to, and that they believed wrongly. We’re headed into frightening times regardless of how this turns out.

How do they prove a negative? It reminds me of the JFK assassination when within an hour they announced ‘one guy, no conspiracy’ 17 year old me said ‘How could they know that so fast?’

On second look, I see it. Parse the words. ‘There is no evidence’ just like Hillary’s ‘You won’t find any evidence’ They’re not saying it wasn’t done, they’re just saying they’re confident the evidence has been destroyed.

Bill, I had watched Dr Shiva’s video prior to seeing yours. You stated up from that you were going to simplify the explanation of the data presented. I think you need to try again. First, most people aren’t going to watch a video of that length. Please put together a 15-20 minute max explanation of what we’re seeing here so that we can share and educate others. Thanks!

But Bill, you looked at the data. Don’t you know that you weren’t supposed to look at the data. If you hadn’t, you would not see clear evidence of vote tampering. As always, if you don’t look for fraud, you can’t see it. The demented left of left has been caught red handed. They cheated way over the top.

What will happen? The MSM will claim they see no cheating BECAUSE they did not look for it. Hence the vote as “counted” should stand. Given a corrupt DOJ, Court System, MSM, and the experts of the totally sold out academia, nothing will happen.

I hope that this will change the path of this election. However, hope is not a strategy and wishing is not a tactic. We have actually to do something. We the People on both sides of the isle should be up in arms over this total political travesty of an election. It is getting time to take out those miscreants permanently. Either that or our republic is dead and soon all of us will be dead too.
