The Trans Rights Campaign says 98 percent of straight men refuse to date “trans women” (former men) because of straight hate. Is it time for heterosexual males to lay down their trans-phobic bigotry, buy a bouquet of flowers, and take that erstwhile guy to a nice restaurant?

“The Trans Rights Campaign says 98 percent of straight men refuse to date “trans women” (former men) because of straight hate.” I must be a hater, because I would have to say that the 2% are not straight men at all. If you are a straight man, by definition, you don’t date other guys, your straight. If you knowingly want to date a trans women, you are dating a man and thereby no longer straight.
Something I have been wondering about for some time: If a gay man hooks up with a transgender female does that make him a straight man? And vice versa…I am a bit confused…

Bill at 5:55: “Reality is not their friend.” Great phrasing. So we need to tell them “Reality is not your friend!! You need to come to terms with Reality.”
Maybe Bill does read the comments and absorbed Lionelle’s adage after all?. As though he didn’t know it all along anyway.
I won’t belabor the point here, but as a non-religious person (who still prefers the company of liberty loving religious conservatives over the religious or irreligious liberty restraining leftists), it occurred to me that this comment can be applied by nonbelievers to believers as well. The natural desire for transcendence may be greater or lessor in some people than others, but it is probably not totally absent in any of us. Is that difference or deviation from “the norm” also an aberration? At least think about it.
I am still waiting for “the science” of genetics and neuroscience and maybe “psychology” to explain the population aberrations of left handedness (10%), homosexuality (3%), and transgender orientation (0.6%). There may not be a definitive single answer for each, given the complexities of epigenetics, but I can afford to wait for the issue to be “settled”.
I think reason for the low incidence of homosexuality is pretty obvious: they can’t reproduce.
This is what you get when you take normaphobes seriously. Stop doing that. Just laugh, say “No thanks, I’m good” and walk away.
They can call me hateful all they want, I don’t give a damn.
I don’t care about trans people. They’re literally not hurting anyone by being trans, and if they’re not hurting anyone then I couldn’t care less what they do. So those who want to treat them for a mental illness, go for it as long as you don’t force anybody to do anything.
It’s that force I won’t tolerate. If the deluded activists (or anyone else) try to use force on me themselves, or if they try to use government as their force-using proxy, there will be problems. Other than that, I will ignore them.
“If it were a sitcom” Sorry Monty Python already did it.

If you base your existence on the shifting sand of emotions, then you deserve the lonely agony of delusion. SP
I don’t care what someone wants to be called, but I will continue to refer to this perversion as just that … perversion.
I tried to post this comment on YouTube, but got an error from their algorithm for typing something politically forbidden:
Thank you, gentlemen. Scott, You hit the X: The people who promote this vile labeling don’t care that it destroys the very group whose “cause” needs to be elevated. The DSM should include that behavior as aberrant if it doesn’t already.
Edit: Bill, Frazer’s “Golden Bough” should be required reading as a prophylactic against this sort of manipulation. Magical thinking, indeed.
I don’t know quite what it was that ‘triggered’ them. Maybe my mention of the book? Maybe the DSM in reference to these sick bastards? We’ll never know…
Edit: How do I insert a hard linefeed in a comment instead of having everything jammed into one paragraph? That is annoying, or I’m missing something.
It’s because the Left wants to get to thee DSM first and remove anything that could true that could be used against their narrative. Instead they want to OWN that book and use for their manipulation schemes along with WHO-CDC-etc.
Two presses of the enter or return key on your keyboard should force a new paragraph in your comment…
…like this.
Thanks, I’ll try it.
Happy New Year.
Good to know that all of those women from my youth who didn’t want to sleep with me were all just haters. And here I was all along thinking me being an immature a**hole had more to do with it. To paraphrase the immortal Andrew Dice Clay, “Some played hard to get. I played hard to want.”
So, the really hot, well stacked head cheerleader who wouldn’t go out with me, but was more than willing to study with me, really hated me?
What is decent about someone who cowers in fear, simply because they don’t want to be called hateful?
