Just woke up over here in Australia and I’m hearing reports of police shooting people dead and the Capitol being held by protestors (I’m presuming they are Trump supporters) and a 50-50 senate and an end to democracy.
Where does one go to get news – like, real news? Fox? CNN? Even Instapundit is not giving me the full story.

You can find some citizen reporters streaming on twitch. We won’t have actual real news until later. Everyone is spinning things based on their slant.

Some of those people need to be fed the emotions of a father who has just been told his daughter has been raped and murdered so they can get some fucking Humanity.

The protestors did force their way into the Capital. Both houses went into recess until it can be secured.
One woman was shot, many tear gassed, etc.
The Trump Protestors are being called a “disgrace” and a “mob”. But all the BLM, Anti-Fa violence was called “mostly peaceful protests”. Bias.
Pres. Trump has asked for peace and asked his supporters to go home in peace.
I hope they do before dark because that’s when Anti-fa and BLM come out to prey.

Only a corpse could be expected to not want respond the way those people did.
I see a lot of headlines about violent protests. I don’t see anything on fire. The one broken window video I saw makes me doubt that cheap glass was part of a capitol building.
That cheap glass was shatterproof glass, designed to limit blow-out injuries, much like what’s in newer cars.
