So we ignore them as much as circumstances permit. But when the occasion to provide a reply is available or required, part of the answer is a resounding NO! NOT TRUE! to their assertions and claims, especially about “systemic” racism, sexism, and some of the other not all that deep prejudices that conservatives are supposed to have. Then follow that with GPS!! [Go pound sand!]. “You are not looking at or describing REALITY!”

I would assert that America is not (or is no longer) racist, certainly at least up until Obama and Holder used their bully pulpit to stir the pot that had been settled/ settling down dramatically over the last 3 or 4 decades. Affirmative action had/was working. Blacks and women were/are in many positions of prominence and accomplishment, in accord with their justifiably demonstrated capabilities and talents. But a lot of blacks, whites, pinks, greens, and purples were still “left behind” of the “equality parade” because we are not all equal [except under the law]. That is also reality, and it is clearly a difficult question and issue as to how to further improve the socio-economic positions of people who do not appear to have the skills now demanded in the marketplace. Fortunately we are big enough and varied enough to explore several different possible approaches, keeping in mind some things are just not possible with some people.

Also, there are still many center/left Democrats who recognize the extreme leftist positions are extreme and they do not support those positions. This probably includes a major subset of the 11 (or 22?) million illegal alien immigrants that Biden wants to grant citizenship within 8 years. But many of these Democrats have/had major TDS, whether justified realistically or just in their minds, it has totally distorted their ability to resist the current Democrat Party agenda. Hopefully seeing just how bad things are getting will cause many of them to shift parties, at least temporarily. I keep bouncing back and forth between depression and optimism. Presumably many of you all do, too. Good to have BWDC to help sooth our fevered brow :-).

Well said, Bill. I didn’t watch the inauguration of Joe Biden, the 46th president of the United States*. By the way, Barry Bonds is the all time MLB home run king**.

In the long run, Bill has the answer. However, in the short run (& possibly preventing the long), the elephant in the room is being ignored & therefore, all the political stuff is meaningless. Specifically, if the left can control who gets “elected” into office by the fraudulent Dominion software, then it just doesn’t matter what party or party principles one has.
I still believe that the short run answer is to have a mass protest by refusing to pay state/federal taxes this April, until this software is removed nationwide. Unfortunately, this takes a big megaphone to begin this huge process. Any thoughts on how to try to accomplish this?

I’d say step one is to find a good tax lawyer that will back your play when the IRS comes for you and everyone else that participates. Step two would be to form the organization so when the IRS comes, everyone is under the same umbrella. There was a movement back in the 80s similar to what you’re proposing. It wasn’t successful and not only did everyone have to pay their back taxes, they had to pay the penalties as well.

When Bill talks about the “forces arrayed against us” being so formidable I am reminded of Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings”. Getting the Elves, Dwarfs, and “Ents” into the fight may be tough, but we can do this if we get off of our shire-habituated, Hobbit asses and bring about the new world order. Trust, honor, and commitment is in a Hobbits bones, you know.

As for me I’m posting a list of action steps for people to kickstart their commitment to our MB2A plan.

The whole crypto movement is based on decentralization. Who are the people pushing cryptocurrency young people all over the world. We have smart contracts that work to develop trust between peers. Decentralization of all industry is comming. The United States Government monatary policies will bankrupt this country. Please learn how to use cryptocurrencies. There will come a time where imaginary things like bitcoin and etherium things you cannot physically hold could become your safety net. Think about the new cashless societies and the companies that process your transactions. Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, WePay. What happens if these companies decide not to process transactions they don’t like and cash is gone. Firearms manafactures already face banking issues. With cryptocurrencies you are your own banker and direct peer to peer payment with much lower transaction fees bypasses these payment processing companies. Maybe some very smart person will develop a DApp for government and the swamp can be made obsololete. Learn how to snub the whole system.

Indeed decentralization was the idea. And it looked very good on paper too. Since the we can look at the reality instead: for BTC that shows just a handful of players that agglomerate the whole field, those who want to mine join with one of those warlords. So in practice it is magnitudes more centralized than the baking sector.

Since I will never be a big player and use this technology to make the transfer of funds, small funds to friends and family around the world with Dai and other cryptocurrencies. I find it very useful. If I was in Greece when there were the monetary lockdowns and runs on the bank cryptocurrencies would have kept me afloat. I think it has done the same in Argentina. It is just a tool and all tools can be misused. My friend who needed help on the other side of the world was sure thankful he had the help I could offer in about 30 minutes. Technology is amazing.

Sure, tech is amazing but “currency” is not technology, it is a means of value-transfer (and a few other things) and in mostly about trust. If the things you mentioned are actually accepted as payment, then good for you, the big ones are not really used like that just for speculation and more recently as an open pump&dump scam coupled with working around regulations that forbid trusts to invest in these (not-really-)assets by instead buying Microstrategy stocks that buys them. The 2008 subprime blunder will pale compared to what is bound to happen here, you can even start the “Big Short” already, though as we learned that last time it can take arbitrary time to pop even after all the involved parties realized it is nothing but toxic waste.

At places where the local currency also lack backing with goods and has no purchasing power it indeed may not create a difference, but in big part of the world that is not the case. And people should start with learning the risks unless don’t care at all for possibly losing their hard earned money.

I just joined as a member today. I hope he gets his goal. I’ve been watching Bills’ content for many years and have always enjoyed his thoughtful insight. Yeah, if the media had done their job impartially, Biden would be a repulsive man to vote for, and Harris would be exposed for the power-hungry whore (literally) she is (Willie Brown got his piece of the pie, so to speak).

Active Snub. Not only am I NOT watching what’s going on in D.C., I’m watching a live broadcast of Trump arriving in Florida. I bet there are more people lining the street there than will be at the inauguration.

I am NOT watching the virtual inaugural. I don’t want ratings to be high….although the Lefty MSM would likely lie about that. And that virtual thing… Why are there 26,000 National Guardsmen in a city that is closed so no one can see the virtual ceremony in person? Taxpayer dollars for this?  Glad he is virtually put into office. He is a virtual president. 
Trump took Air Force One back to Mar Lago last night. He walked to the plane and band played….My Way. Internet transfer of onion fumes got into my eyes. (Thanks to Steve for solving that question of how one starts crying while online.)

Can ve get back to “deserve victory”? If we could do just that much I’m sure 90% of their folks would have a nervous breakdown within half a year. The silent treatment is very effective on the narcissists.

The enduring image of this inauguration will be those soldiers. What it represents is the fear those taking power have towards the average American. The demonization of half the country has defined the danger of their position. To remain in power, as demonstrated by all those in uniform to “protect” the politicians from “terrorists” which now refers to those who have opposed this group, is to increase the force used against us. If we will not adhere to our beliefs and continue to act according to those beliefs, how is that really different from “dying”? A phrase was “die on your feet or live on your knees” (and I am NOT referring to Monica!). Each of us, not just Bill or others in his workplace, need to consider how we will “stand or kneel”. Donations to this website are helpful, but more steps are needed, the most essential of which is going to be in making that decision.

Is this happening elsewhere. In our small market town in England many of the locked down store holders numbered their produce shown in the windows, inviting people to get in touch, quoting the number, order and pay, then arrange collection at the store. Surely a first step in competing with the centralised giants.

Yes maybe for you but I created the above GIF on my phone, I am just a factory worker that has a better way to share info.
I write on the Post-it Note app save images to photos and select them in the imgPlay app and share GIF on social media.

I am retired and was a graphic artist all of my career, so my skillsets are different than yours. My son is a factory worker, working in a factory that makes stuff for a variety of industries, including military and medical. That is just where he found a job here, so not a “calling”, but another example of how factory workers keep us all going and able to do what we do. Whatever you do in your factory, THANKS for keeping the country running! AND taking the time to do even more wherever you can!

President Trump is leaving Washington hours before the inauguration and flying on Air Force One to Mar-Lago FL, leaving Biden without his plane until it can be flown back. Perfect snub the way I see it. Supposedly, he’ll get a 21-cannon salute at the airbase before he leaves. You can bet Biden will hear that in Washington!

Would have been better is he left to AC/DC’s “For those About to Rock…” and had the cannon salute synch to the song. 1812 Overture would have worked too

Your organized fallback theory reminds me of a story my uncle told me about the war in Europe. His unit was pressed hard by the Nazis and had to fall back, however before they left their foxholes, they placed charges. They dropped back into the trees and dug in again, waited until the enemy had advanced into their previous position, then set off the charges!

I suspect leaving booby traps for the enemy has a long history. And I’m sure in some cases, the retreating army made sure anything left behind was poisoned, inedible, or otherwise useless. Sure, you’ve got our wells, but don’t drink out of them.

You want ideas? Please consider the following.
To the Left, every subject is political. For example, my wife writes simple apolitical stories about family life in the rural west. Yet in the last four years Amazon has pulled sincere reviews of her books, Facebook has removed active members from her group, Google once shut down her account for 96 hours without explanation, and YouTube deleted members (later restored) for unknown reasons. I’ve told her it’s because honest inspirational stories are viewed as a threat to their warped ideologies. It doesn’t matter how hard you try to avoid being political; they will make you political and turn you into a nonperson on their platforms.
We need to destroy the monopolistic hold these titans have over us, not by fighting them, but by building our own platforms founded on free expression. This means forming co-ops where we own the platforms, rather than some individual or company which might turn on us at a whim. It means bringing people from all walks of life and all interests onto these new platforms, not just the political outcasts. It means forming a virtual nation within our country where free speech and any ideas are still allowed, no matter how offensive some may find them. We don’t need anyone monitoring our content other than ourselves. If someone is doing something illegal, the government is free to monitor it and act accordingly, or we as individuals can report them to the government.
And here’s a wild idea. Let’s call one of these platforms eDox and make it available only to people who are willing to release their real names and contact information. They can post whatever they like, but only those who are willing to do likewise will be allowed to comment on these posts. I imagine most people won’t have the guts to post anything here, which means the few that do won’t have to contend with very many detractors or competitors. It certainly would filter out the sunshine patriots and the trolls.

It may be because good stories are inherently conservative — to the point where even the most liberal of writers write conservative stories if they’re trying to write stories that sell.
Indeed, for these writers, some of their most creative work lies in explaining why those stories really aren’t conservative after all.
