I read that memo twice and can’t figure out the difference between DVE’s and HVE’s. Are Antifa and BLM DVE’s and we the HVE’s? Do you think seeing or hearing of Antifa getting ready for an action cause to report them and do you think anything will be done about them? I doubt it. Don’t you think it unusual that both Antifa and BLM have been silent of late? Proof positive that they were orchestrated.

Oh I agree, but the language gets confusing and it’s hard to tell exactly what they are up to legally, if you know what I mean.
“Legal” = anything they can get a Democrat judge to rule is law, apparently
