Bill and Alfonzo, One of the things I learned from being a supervisor or manager for most of my 45-year career are that individuals do not see their own faults and in their minds, they are the most outstanding employee the company could ever ask for the rest of the employees well they are so-so.

The “fourth” category noted by Bill, the “assuage guilt” crowd, needs to learn to replace that falsehood with the truth that conservative policies actually do accomplish the improvement in the lives of the lower classes that they should desire.

I wish I was the one to come up with this but…
