This is just as bad or worse than shutting down all the swing states at the same time. The fact they are doing this in secret condemns them as the lying, cheating communists that they are. Honest actors do not operate this way.
Furthermore, I’m old enough to remember when Biden promised not to rule by executive order, that only dictators needed to do that:

We might as well start ramping up for audits now. This is despicable. Couldn’t rig elections by federalizing them through HR-1, the “For the People Act,” (https://www.heritage.org/election-integrity/report/the-facts-about-hr-1-the-the-people-act-2021) so the lying, cheating, communist Democrats have to do this.
