Scott, your comment, “it’s so partisan on both sides” reminds me of the candidate that says, “My opponent and I have agreed there’ll be no mudslinging in this campaign. He won’t lie about me and I won’t tell the truth about him.” Also, expecting justice from our judiciary system is delusional. Solving THAT problem by electing honest legislators is hilarious when the elections are the problem. As Stalin said, “It’s not who votes that’s important. It’s who COUNTS the votes that’s important.
Have you ever played a game with a kid who denies that they lost no matter what evidence is provided? That kid is the judge that is saying the law suits about the vote issues, how could you ever win?
Definitely frustrating to hear them claim all the evidence was examined and that saying 2020 was stolen is “The Big Lie.”

wow. my neck of the woods, 15 minutes away from where I live is where the bag was found. So FAR away from that post office it that the ballots were dropped off at, that it is not a casual accident. Kind of weird, though is the way the bag was discovered…a woman riding her motorcycle to work, presumably moving, notices a torn bag in a ravine. Weird. When I’m riding a motorcycle or driving a car along a road, I’m usually looking ahead down the road or at traffic, not at the bottom of ravines for torn bags. Perhaps she stopped at the side of the road for some reason, and casually glanced down a ravine to see a torn bag. Like I said, weird.
If she was in slow traffic then she may have had tile to look around. If she was running the kerb or what ever that’s called in the USA then she’s almost in the ravine. If its a moped or scooter she has time to look in all the ravines and take notes while still moving. Those things a slow.

The best evidence of voter fraud is the speed at which the regime and its media organs move to shut down any discussion of voting irregularities.
Voting early is an abomination. It amounts to voting with incomplete information. We might as well allow voting in the 2024 Presidential election starting tomorrow.

Vote early or prepolling can work if you have trackable ballots. Australia does that. You still get the early vote before bad news problem. In australia you can’t get the dead guy elected problem. Either an understudy candidate is named or the poll is deemed failed and an automatic by election is scheduled (Special election).
How do we establish trust? Well, of course, simply accept that there is no cheating of any kind going on.
Scott spouts BS. If what he says is true, then how did AZ keep trickling out updates every few hours after the election day? He mis-states the law in AZ. There is no mandated HOLD on vote reporting.
Scott also misses that the major voices prior to 2020 who complained about ballot integrity were democrats. In fact, it was Jimmy Carter who wrote the report on the holes in the system. They stopped complaining and decided to use the lack of integrity in their favor. It’s almost like they used Jimmy’s report as a guidance manual.

And Scott fails to recognize all the judges who refused to take cases based on “standing”. NO CASES WERE ALLOWED- and no evidence was EVER revealed in ANY court across the nation. Answer one simple question- why is it that all of these races that drag out in swing districts always seem to fall to the Dim side? How did R’s win so many down-ballot races and still lose the presiodential vote in the same districts?
Scott also fails to see that states (PA for instance) bypassed their OWN laws in 2020. That was the basis of Giuliani’s law suits that were refused by judges. And also the basis of the lawsuit filed by Texas that was refused by SCOTUS. Unbelievable that the SCOTUS could state that Texas was not harmed by a federal election. We’ve been paying for it with illegal crossings ever since.
Few are aware of what happened in MI. They just passed a measure to require NO ID REQUIRED on ballots. Also- no signature required. They did this by mis-wording the measure on the ballot.
Not to worry about Maricopa County. The person who oversaw Arizona elections is no longer the Secretary of State – she’s been promoted to Governor.

I recall a research project in the 90’s where they were studying “self esteem”. Do you know where they found the highest levels of self esteem?…. Prisons. I guess it’s obvious when you think about it. I deserve what you have more than you do, so I just took it (your possessions, your virginity, your life…whatever). And the current mindset among those stealing elections falls in this same category. The end justifies the means.

The ONLY way to know for sure your vote is counted, and is logged correctly, is to put your own ballot in the tallying machine and watch it with your own eyes spit out the receipt and verify your vote was logged the way YOU want.
I have not seen 2000 mules short of the trailer and some clips. I’m going to watch now with a skeptical eye instead of an automatically accepting eye. I think I’m mature enough and disciplined enough to do so. David B, you are correct. Watch it get logged, get a receipt. Would be even better if an accessible county database would be available where you could search for your ballot number (the one on the receipt you just received) to insure your vote was tabulated. Perfect Solution, no. But another step closer to election integrity.

Citing the 60 or so court cases that were tossed is not a good reason to believe that widespread voter fraud did not occur in 2020. Not a SINGLE one of those cases was decided on the merits; each case was thrown out based on some procedural grounds (insufficient pleadings, laches, etc). The reality is that this is the kind of case that needs discovery (depositions, production/inspection of documents in possession of the other party) in order to truly iron out. We didn’t get that in a single case and have very little time to fully investigate these issues on our own end prior to filing suit due to the period of time between election day and certifying the election in January. Bill is correct, but doesn’t appear to know how to articulate the problems with your argument.
On the other end of the spectrum, courts are simply hesitant to get involved in these kinds of cases (especially on the local level). We saw this all the way up to SCOTUS who didn’t even give an opinion on why they rejected even hearing this case.
I feel like your heart is in the right place Scott (and agree with a lot of the points you make here that are pretty unpopular amongst conservatives such as the issues with the criminal justice system), but I feel like you are overly optimistic about the current state of our country and the solutions to resolving the problems we face..
All three of you appeared to huddle around the idea of winning back state legislatures so that they could codify voter integrity laws. Great solution! The problem is that in order to do that, we would need to win the very elections many of us conservatives believe are being rigged in favor of the Democrats. In states like Arizona, I don’t see that happening. We had a Republican legislature and a Republican governor in Arizona, but every attempt made to make changes to Arizona’s ballot laws was rebuffed by the Arizona Republican governor himself.
This brings us to a separate problem: We have a group of Republicans (often referred to as the establishment) who do not appear to have our best interest at heart (see the recent revelations regarding Mitch McConnell and how he mismanaged Senate campaign funds to fund super pacs against fellow conservative candidates while failing to allocate such funds to candidates in tight races who needed the extra boost). Unfortunately, we’ve been complaining about these Republicans for years and have repeatedly tried voting them out of office; they continue to remain regardless of our efforts.
To put it simply, we’re the soldiers on the beaches of Normandy during WW2. However, in addition to being up against an opponent with an incredible terrain advantage, our commanding officers are ordering fellow troops to gun us in the back as we trudge our way up this perilous beach!
Bill says a lot of things about simply needing to have a better message. Although I want to agree with Bill on this, the problem is that we needed that to happen yesterday. The Republicans have been losing the branding battle for decades. It is this very branding battle that has put us in a position where the Democrats have the advantage of the news media, big tech, Hollywood, the courts, unions, inner cities, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (did you see the recent Republican Staff of the House Judiciary Committee FBI whistleblower report published on November 4, 2022, Scott? Don’t dismiss it simply because it has the word “republican” in it as you did with Dinesh Dsouza’s 2000 mules; read the report for yourself and make your own conclusions) and apparently even some of the leadership in the Republican party).
Steve mentioned the idea of the Republicans ballot harvesting, but just think about that for a minute Steve. With all the Democrat assets I just mentioned, do you really believe that’s going to unanswered by our opponents? Do you really believe the same FBI/DOJ attempting to prosecute angry parents from PTA meetings is going to turn a blind eye to Republicans harvesting votes even in states where it is completely legal? Picture how the media is going to spin this: “Yah see? We told you the Republicans were trying to suppress the vote! Now they’re stockpiling votes from dementia-ridden old ladies from senior citizen centers! For years, they’ve accused Democrats of ballot harvesting, but they’ve been the ones doing it the whole time!!!”
I hate to break to you guys, but this is a mess that cannot be solved by “voting for the right person.” You are welcome to be optimistic about it, but we decided to embrace the same optimism after 2020 and look where that got us.

Scott’s naivety is mind boggling. Not one judge was willing to look at the evidence of fraud in the 2020 election. The evidence of fraud was overwhelming. When all the dead people that voted voted democrat it becomes obvious why they don’t want to have transparent elections. Wake up Scott they cheat, they lie. The ones who claimed it was the most secure election in history had not examined anything. They just lied.
Scott was merely doing his job as Devil’s Advocate basically saying “And they’re going to come back with this…” “and they’re going to come back with that” … pretty sure he knows about the kinds of grounds they were thrown out on, he’s saying those minds are made up and you’re not going to change them by yelling the truth louder.

It’s not only distrust in the election process, it’s distrust in the public as well. When we have people voting for brain damaged and dead people, we are doomed. There should be a mandatory test involved at registration. You flunk? You don’t vote.

I agree- I personally do not think that voting should be “easy”. It should be something you want to do to protect the freedoms and liberties we have come to expect and demand in this country- for which much blood has been shed. If you don[t care to vote, then I do not care for you to vote. Those who do not care are willing to sit on a couch and hand their ballot to somebody else who gets to vote more than once. THAT is wrong.
I would bet my house that the Dems are cheating (it matches their character). Nevada vote counting went dark for 8 hours, and the machines in Maricopa county worked perfectly the night before the election. The longer it takes to count votes, the weaker the chance for a Republican to be elected.
Agreed. thousands of arizonans in maricopa county had to leave the line, go to work or whatever, and so they were disenfranchised. Because it happened on election day, they were mostly republican voters.
I do not trust the election system, at least here in California. I will feel more confident when I.D. is required. I also feel that non citizens shouldn’t be allowed to vote in any election. How it can be considered discriminatory to provide I.D.? You need to show I.D. for other things, why not when you vote? As it was in the past, ballots should be counted the same day, not over the course of days to see how many extra ballots are needed to take the win. Ridiculous!
To restore trust we must verify. Make the machines duplicate a paper vote count.

I was raised in Chicago area (left in the 90’s), where “vote early, vote often” was the common joke and the dead were more dependable voters than the living. I’ve always been aware of election fraud. The winner is the best cheater. There is not any legislation to correct this, because the winners don’t want the system fixed. If secure elections were the goal, then everyone would vote on election day, show their ID, maybe put their finger print on the ballot. Your finger being blue could be the new “I voted” symbol. Then the votes could be tallied by machine and double checked by hand counting. There doesn’t seem to be any move anywhere to make elections more trustworthy.
The only ting I would change about your solution is the ballots should be counted RIGHT THERE at the precinct. Not hard to do with smaller precincts (gymnasiums, churches, etc.) like we used to have. Then submit that number to a state-wide spreadsheet where each district can see their number on the sheet and say “yep- that’s our number”. You might be able to cheat- but you’d only be able to do it locally and you’d have to cheat too many places to really steal.
Having worked in digital control systems for many years and fraud detection prior to that, I can tell you with all confidence- – As soon as you turn a vote or a tally to a digital number, they can own your vote and your tally. And they can make it look like nothing ever happened. The more transitions of data involved, the more chances to alter it.
That sounds like a good addition to the plan. Then there’s no need to transport the ballots to a counting place and maybe get lost along the way. 🙂
This just proves we are never going to be one nation again. We cannot agree on anything. 2000 thousand mules was compelling. Scott is right the other side will never accept its premise. I wish Scott would watch it. True the vote is not a partisan organization. They just want fair elections. True the vote just looks partisan because of what they found. Phone GPS tracking is used to catch criminals and was used to prove election fraud. I support True the vote and urge you to do so.

There was a major audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election with the results finding THOUSANDS of ballots that were not legally counted.
Katie Hobbs – the Arizona Secretary of State REFUSED to acknowledge the findings, do an official state investigation or prosecute anyone involved. The media continued to lie about the results of the audit – claiming nothing was found – and then used the same system, with the same openings for thousands of illegal ballots, to put herself into the governor’s mansion.
Of all the unbelievable outcomes this cycle, the most heartbreaking for me (and I don’t live there) was the AZ Governor’s race. PA is astonishingly awful, but that will soon become apparent to the people of PA. Kari Lake’s loss strikes me as absolutely sinister. It is the kind of awful that festers undetected, like a cancer, until it’s metastasized.
You cannot say that we need to have trust in our voting system… while there is a totally corrupt system in place. We are too smart to trust that system. The system needs to be fixed, and proven to be worthy of trust. Working with others in South Carolina, I came up with a draft of a resolution attempting to make elections reliable and trustworthy. Do you believe that there is enough evidence to convict Hunter Biden of any illegal activities? IS there a preponderance of evidence that Democrats are corrupt? The most trustworthy way to vote is with ballots on election day. I have no problem with people getting there by a bus provided by a party, registering late if they have legally official documents proving residence, and having an official holiday that day. There is no doubt in my mind that shenanigans go on that change results of elections. Nearly all benefit the Left. Even France outlawed the drop boxes.
That said, as I recall, there are over 50% registered Democrats and under 40% registered Republicans. If there is a good turnout, Dems win. Dems may govern like crap, stand for anti-Western Civilization ideals, expand government to untenable size, and be anti-common sense, but over 50% consider them their “team”. And most of the Mainstream Media is all-in, cheering on that “team”, saying these guys are doing great despite their record.

There were people from the state farm arena that were charged and fined. Some were banned from elections staffing. The illegal votes counted without poll watchers was double the difference between the candidates. At another location a Democrat also sabotaged cameras to hide their action and got charged because they missed some cameras and footage. It is genuinely corrupt Scott.
One reason why DeSantis won is that some of the people that cheated in 2016, 2018 and 2020 are still in jail.
Do it on a Saturday with pre-polling for Jews and Saturday workers in the week or two before. poll watchers (scrutineers) at those prepolls. Seal that box as below, party seals.
Mobile polling stations visiting hospitals, work places, that can’t close on voting day. This minimizes the need for mail in ballots. Include jails (Australian prisoners vote).
All ballots including Mail in ballots have randomized serial numbers and a signature from the issuing officer so there can’t be fake ballots generated. Spare ballots are unsigned and must be signed and dated before use.
Have a system to log those that don’t vote such as a free postage tab on the mail ballot that can be sent in by non voters so you know they are. Or compulsory voting with a small fine that’s tracked but not enforced much. Australia’s system.
No &^%$#@ vote counting machines! Hand count the vote in front of the party witnesses. Its dead easy to do 10000 votes in two hours. I’ve been the witness.
Have those witnesses and the counter agree on the result and phone the results though to the main election center which is full of more witnesses and reporters. Have each party witness, scrutineer, poll watcher call though the result to their man in the election center so there is an immediate check.
Put the ballots at the precinct booth in a box with RFID tacking and all, two, three five, party witnesses at the polling booth put a party seal on the box. Send that to the main election center for a later check recount and long term, multiyear, storage.
Do not have a lame duck period. When the election result is declared, assuming no legal dispute, the elected person is sworn in within 24 hours.
This is how it is done in all most all the first world countries, some third world countries and even North Korea.
Scott, here is something substantial that can convince our side: We’re told “It was the most secure election ever.” I’ve searched high and low and even tried asking a higher up in DHS and never gotten an answer to the very basic question: “Where is the supporting data to back that claim”?
You establish trust in elections by jailing the corrupt election staff after a proper court case and ban them permenently from election staffing.

In Arizona, mail-in ballots must be received by 7:00 PM on election day according to the state website. Ballot harvesting is illegal but ballots can be delivered by a family or household member or a caregiver.
Here in PA, they kept changing the voting rules up to 24 hours before election day without legislative input or approval. Completely illegal. Guess that makes me a “denier.” My current state house district was “traded” to create a lopsided 2/1 advantage for Dems.
Damn it do some research boys! The voting machines failed in Republican areas and did not in Democrat areas. Kari Lake herself had to go to a Democrat stronghold to vote.

This was live on the day. Thousands of Republicans have checked, they voted, those votes have not been counted yet the election vote count is claimed to be finished. That’s all being collated for court proceedings starting today.
Don’t be surprised if the election staff find a mountain of ballots and count them and reverse the result. They may be facing charges. The state House has gone to the Republican’s and the Attorney general flipped.
Its not over even if the ballots are destroyed.
Woah, woah, woah, there, Scott. I get what you’re saying about what “the other side” would say about “2000 Mules” and I appreciate your position … but if we’re going to establish trust, the trust needs to be based in reality. If we divorce the establishment of trust from pointing out where the problems to be fixed are, the problems persist and it’s a false, gaslighted trust. It ends up being trust in a fiction. Which is probably much worse than mistrust in fact.
You can’t fix a problem if you won’t identify the source of the problem. Root causes.
So maybe we don’t make “2000 Mules” mandatory viewing, but our side needs to see it so we at least know what we’re fighting against.
At the very least read John Fund’s “Stealing Elections”. Fraud isn’t new. It’s just gotten more sophisticated and more opportunities have been opened for fraud that’s difficult if not impossible to detect (“there’s no ‘proof’!!! Well it’s by design that there’s ‘no proof’!) See my previous comment.
What do we do to re-gain trust? Insist on a transparent, accountable voting process.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Every election “reform” offered and promoted by Democrats opens loopholes for less transparent and less accountable … and EVERY effort to make elections more transparent and accountable is loudly and strenuously opposed by Democrats.
Think about it. Every. Single. Time. Your address can be a park bench. You can’t clean up voting rolls. Everybody gets a mail-in ballot. Pre-voting. Freaking drop-boxes.
Voter ID. Well-maintained voter rolls.
Republicans need to drive this point home in their campaigning. Beat that drum. Don’t stop. Make it a theme (one of several, but make it a theme).
They will say it’s racist. Push back on that, don’t run from it (Andrew Breitbart). Walk into the fight. It is, in fact, racist to believe that minorities can’t follow the rules.

When Gates said he was following the law in Arizona he was ignoring later state legislature votes that rescinded previous Covid policy. Gates was lying. There are still thousands of votes recorded on the system as uncounted. Keri Lakes people and some from the RNC and others are filing court cases now.
