A Funny Debate Scenario (That Won’t Happen) – Trump vs. Harris

I’ve been wondering what excuse will be given for Joe Biden to cancel the upcoming debate.  It’s mostly a mental exercise because honestly, I’m with Scott Ott in thinking that Joe will do better at the debate than expected.  But in almost every video I watch, my “lyin’ eyes” tell me there is no way he will be ready to debate the master debater that Trump is.

So a funny thought hit me on my drive home from work.  We’re expecting that, if elected, Joe won’t last the 4 year term mentally and Kamala Harris will become president.  What if Joe, while hiding in his basement, tested positive for COVID-19, and instead of cancelling the debate, Kamala Harris stepped in?

It wouldn’t happen, but it would be more real-life.  We expect Harris to be the president in that ticket.  Maybe not at first, but eventually.  So let her debate Donald Trump!  We’ll see a true comparison of visions for the next four years.
