Bill, This is the second time I am typing this. I am willing to step up. but I never considered running for office. I need to know the process. What steps do I need to take in order to get on a ballot?

It varies from state to state and, AFAIK, locality to locality. I’d start with my local courthouse.

Bills example of banking on support from your fellow employees that end up doing nothing to advance the mission at hand, I experienced working for Delta Airlines. We had many who had no interest in performing their job, and because of this I went to management and asked that they be fired. I was told that if they did, we would be short handed. I responded by saying that it is worse that if we rely on them and they are not perfoming their job, we are behind in getting the flights out on time, when we could find ways to do it without them if we knew they were not there at all.

My milage varies. They set the rules by confronting and attacking our side in restaurants and theaters and such. They are not going to learn/change their ways unless they suffer from the terms they themselves established.

Perhaps if every Republican rep and senator went all Cicero. At the end of every speaking opportunity in congress they end w/ “Also, Joe Biden stole the election.”

Great idea, Bill. Mock ’em. Buy a big, bright, clown mask and show up at any/every Biden/Harris appearance. Better yet, show up with a Trump mask!

Refusing quorum has been tried in several countries in similar situations. It fails. The President rules by executive order and the half empty parliament votes anyway and declares it unanimous. The party that abstains is often declared invalid and the seats vacated, with new special elections held in their districts. Its a propaganda give away in those campaigns. 
Trump and the Republicans, including the semi RINO’s, will have looked at the over 50 cases worldwide where this has happened before. There are things that work. Things that fail. Things that lead to war. 
The path laid out in the procedures, particularly when Pence asks for the certification of the votes (which some states can’t do) and the actions of the 6th when he reads out the results and it is challenged. The House and Senate now has more people than they need to challenge all 7 states electors. The Senate will reject and the House will accept the Biden electors. The key is the arguments. The evidence will be presented by competent House Republicans. 
They may be voted into silence but they will have to do that on camera. The key question is can people present the evidence fast enough that the few remaining Democrat house reps that are not hard left can hear? If they vote with the Republicans or abstain they will need protection. Trump will have planned for that. We can’t rule out that some have switched loyalties but stayed in place at Trumps suggestion. Ready to do a McCain flip at the last moment. 
Pence has another vote he can call to accept and reject each disputed result. Unlike the challengers from the House and Senate members, or the question of dueling electors, the two houses do not have to agree in this third vote per state. If the senate rejects the tally of ballots Biden is down to 260 and the contingent election activates immediately. Don’t be surprised at that point that the democrats walk out.  
However before Pence can activate this process he must get the public debate going by allowing both the dueling electors and the challenges to go forward. Either way Trump has seen all the military heads and most likely organized them to counter riots and nothing else. Lincoln did something similar in his first days. He let the confederacy make the first move.

I wonder what would happen if voter communities formed to safely vote en masse.

I wonder what would happen if groups of able bodied men escorted those that might otherwise be intimidated by vile mobs to polls.

I wonder what would happen if communication between these able bodied voter communities and other members in the voter communities was constant and protected by a sea of camera phones and other means.

I wonder what would happen if these voter communities cautiously obeyed the letter of the law but resisted unlawful orders that compromised our freedoms, en masse.

I wonder what would happen if these voter communities got together to formulate petitions in accordance with state and local laws to bring about change.

I wonder what would happen if these voter communities peaceably assembled seeking clear and public redress of their many grievances in their numbers, according to the rights affirmed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Wouldn’t those things help on some level?

I wonder what would happen if americans were still Americans.

Thought seed: If Biden had won the election without cheating, would the dismantling of the country’s foundations that his party calls for be legitimate and acceptable to us? No? Then he is President of the existing government of this physical territory only — of the former USA. He does not represent those of us who live and celebrate the American Idea, nor does he have any interest in doing so. Once again: America is an idea that cannot be taken from us. We will live it as a country within a country; we will take it with us to new frontiers. It cannot be destroyed, and that is our saving grace.

Technically he would only be President of Washington DC. To win any conflict with DC you only need to flip two states Virginia and Maryland. They have the capital of corruption surrounded.

A simple No is the minimum response. Bill stated at the beginning that there is no moving forward. He’s correct in a sense. Forward in the enemies sense, by plan? Never! If the criminal is sworn in then the country is toast and I will no longer be bound by the oath I swore all those years ago.

If this happens, that will be the rallying cry to make these cowards truly retreat to their safe-spaces. We will bring discomfort to them and their families.

Romans 13:1 states: “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” It goes on the chapter stating “For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended.” V3

Two assumptions can be made from this. 1. The authorities are lockstep with God’s will and 2. In order to be commended for doing good the first part must be true.

This government is longer, and has not been, in step with sound biblical principles for decades. The same principles our founders established this Republic on.

While its true the Colonists experienced tyranny they did not endure it to this magnitude.

I agree with much of what you say, here, but there is one concept on which we part ways.

I believe that that is the point at which my oath takes on ever more importance. I swore to “support and defend the Constitution of The United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic“.
This man is the enemy of the Constitution. I must oppose him, and his cabal of cronies, with every breath and action, until they are gone. Done. Swept into the dustbin of history.

I agree Phil…. Do you have a 1776 mindset? I do! Thank you for posting the oath, which is something I do frequently. I’ve been retired 23 years now but that oath is sacrosanct. My problem Sir is that I feel helpless without out a plan of action.

A clarion call to action is what 80 million of us need!

They have perfected their cheating and fraud model now, and they will just keep using it. If this election is allowed to stand, there will never be another fair election in the US thereafter.

Agreed. There is way too much optimism on this site that assumes a bloodless reversal of the devastation to our Constitutional Republic. I remain tentatively hopeful and fatefully pessimistic.
